Established in 2016, we started using our expertise in design and project management to cater and
support all the environmental needs of businesses work and delivery in the Philippines and abroad.
Through the values of culturally-centric design, we create spaces that motivates people to become as
effective and innovative as possible. Our team is energized by the challenges of global organizations to
develop innovative design solutions across all aspects of our integrated capabilities. We strategize,
design and deliver living and working environments that enhance the success of individuals and their
organizations by making them positive, progressive and future-proof spaces.
To answer the call of demand of these needs, we also create commercial flows, import and export
products, arranging and managing international projects with our partners. Through this response, we not
only provide immediate and reliable service but to continually exceed expectations and goals, thus,
establish longer and closer working relationships with our clients and suppliers and achieve business,
people, space and brand objectives.

Planning and Design. Our culturally centered design strategy applies in depth user understanding that
translates the individual, commercial, brand and business objectives into design and delivery solutions by
ways of effective and critical planning for future change and creating a positive user experience. With the
alignment of user and business needs, we apply this process to articulate the direction and purpose of
the project, to enable its effective translations into design solutions that empower business performance.
We co-create with our clients via workshops, mock-ups, virtual and augmented reality to design
bespoke, sustainable and meaningful space design solutions that produce maximum impact and
realizations. The practice of design thinking to solve individual and business challenges allows us to
establish a vision, outline goals and determine essential steps to meet those objectives.
Our integrated team of architects, interior designers and engineers, as well as project and construction
managers collaborate to identify design parameters and constraints to develop thorough evaluations with
