sique. Avec des tomates italiennes cuites

lentement, on y ajoute de la crème pour

l’adoucir, mais aussi du fromage pecorino,

du beurre, de l’ail et des fines herbes pour

lui donner cette texture riche et ce goût

authentique.

This is our version of the classic rosée

sauce. It is made of slow-cooked Italian

tomatœs, with a dab of cream to add

smoothness to the taste and combined

with pecorino cheese, butter, garlic and

herbs. The blend of ingredients gives our

sauce its rich texture and authentic taste.
