This contract is for work to be performed in a timely manner and will be done with permits and
city inspections, Paynes Inc will offer 2 Year on workmanship , All material listed above will be
supplied by contractor and color sample can be provided to homeowner to choose.This contract
will be billed in x4 payment , deposit is required for work to be started on home, those payments
will be $3,454.75 for start of job and demo, 2nd payment will be to purchase cabinets, 3rd
payment will be after drywall and cabinets are hung, final payment will be when work is
complete to satisfaction and signed off. (This payment agreement is for this contract and items
listed only all other work that is added is to be paid in full as an extra item ).
