ET APRÈS VATICAN <strong>II</strong><br />
Melle Abily, Sr Ste Apolline en religion, quitte l’Abbaye en 1940.<br />
Melle Guillou, Sr Marie <strong>de</strong> La Trinité en religion (entourée sur <strong>la</strong> photo ci-<strong>de</strong>ssous),<br />
lui succè<strong>de</strong> à <strong>la</strong> tête <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Communauté.<br />
Elle est maintenue jusqu’en 1950, année au cours <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>quelle elle doit <strong>la</strong>isser <strong>la</strong> p<strong>la</strong>ce<br />
à Melle Anne-Marie Bouchard, ou Sr Ange <strong>de</strong> Marie, qui occupe jusqu’en 1958 les<br />
fonctions <strong>de</strong> Directrice <strong>de</strong> l’Abbaye.<br />
L’habit <strong>de</strong>meure, encore,<br />
« sécu<strong>la</strong>risé »,<br />
c’est à dire qu’il ressemble<br />
à un costume civil<br />
ordinaire, sans signe<br />
religieux manifeste.<br />

C’est Alexandrine Pluchon - Sr Yvonne <strong>de</strong> Marie - responsable<br />
<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Communauté <strong>et</strong> Directrice <strong>de</strong> l’Abbaye, qui assiste,<br />
<strong>de</strong>puis St-<strong>Jacut</strong>, à l’ouverture du concile <strong>Vatican</strong> <strong>II</strong><br />
<strong>et</strong> presque à sa clôture. La réception du travail conciliaire<br />
échoit à l’Abbaye à Marcelle Cadieu ou Sr Agnès<br />
du Bon Pasteur (1964-1969) puis à Maria Perrin -<br />
Sr St-Ignace <strong>de</strong> Loyo<strong>la</strong> - (1969-1981).<br />
