SOME INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT YOUR MAFI FLOOR:
Lye-treated fl oors: after lye treatment the individual planks will vary in colour due to the difference in resin content
of the wood. UV-rays and care with Mafi Wood Floor Soap will ensure that the entire surface regains a uniform appea-
rance within approx. 6 months after installation.
Vulcano fl oors: the fi ne dark colour of Vulcano fl oors is achieved by special heat treatment without the use of
chemicals. As the fl oor will continue to look completely natural, it should be protected from intense sunlight to reduce
the risk of lightening.

Differences in colour and structure are characteristics of wood! Sample pieces, fl oors used
for display purposes etc. can therefore never be 100 % identical to your original wood fl oor.
