PLANNING CONCEPT
Our aim was to create the supplementary
area of Moscow International Business Center,
opposite of it, on the other side of the river.
The sparkling entertainment, residential and
recreational zone will give complex activity for
affluent sections of society.
Nowdays, empty space has a great potential
for many developments for the private
investors, creating well-used public spaces for
the public interest.

We did not change the existing car traffic
sytem. We created two-level high
underground parking
garage for cars and buses
ARHITECTURAL COMPLEX
Transparent volumes with many overlooking
levels. The forms are very dinamycals in order
to reflect the presence of water.

We wanted to continue the scape and
function of the the park on the waterfront.
We installed a building with three stories of
sport functions, having full panarama view
to the opposite side and the water.

We heart of the site No. 1 with its
sparking public functions.

01_"ATTARCTIVE" BRIDGES
We created 3 special cantilevered bridges for
extraordinary feelings. The special functions
are: RESTAURANT, SWIMMING POOL and
DISCOTHEQUE with amazing view to the river
and the Moscow International Business
Center.
02_ACTIVE WATER USING - "WATER LIFE"
Our principle was the ACTIVE water USING. WE
offer floating piers along the river bank with
jacht ports, swimming pools, teracces, bars,
etc.
03_GREEN AND TRANSPARENT BUILDINGS
We installed new building in front of the
existing ones, but we use many glass surface -
for "overlooking" - and many active green
surfaces on the facade to give back the
original view to the flats as - trees!
04_ACTIVE PUBLIC SPACE
The whole area can be a very dinamycal
living area if we create well-designed public
surfaces with many connection to the water.
