Memetakan seluruh isu (uji materialitas isu AA1000) dan<br />

pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat (dengan pengelompokan<br />

sesuai AA1000 dan <str<strong>on</strong>g>ISO</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>26000</str<strong>on</strong>g>).<br />

Analisis stakeholder salience berbasis atribut (Mitchell et al., 1997;<br />

Driscoll dan Starik, 2004) dan komp<strong>on</strong>en (AA1000)—sebaiknya<br />

digabungkan.<br />

Analisis stakeholder prominence berbasis Analytical Hierarchy<br />

Process (Cummings dan Patel, 2009).<br />

Analisis power-interest grid (IFC, 2007).<br />

Analisis persepsi pemangku kepentingan dengan studi persepsi<br />

kualitatif (Firestein, 2009).<br />

Analisis modal sosial, termasuk jaringan (Boutilier, 2009).<br />

Peluang dan tantangan apa yang dihadapi organisasi untuk setiap<br />

isu/pemangku kepentingan.
