Objektif Kajian Kepuasan Pengguna bagi Telefon Selular adalah untuk menentukan tahap kepuasan bagi<br />

perkhidmatan yang diberi. Indeks Kepuasan Pengguna yang dipaparkan dalam jadual di atas dikira dari<br />

penemuan-penemuan kajian itu. Indeks Kepuasan Pengguna adalah di dalam julat nilai 1 (tiada kepuasan<br />

langsung) hingga 10 (kepuasan sepenuhnya). Mulai 2004 ia dikonfigurasi semula ke skala 1 - 5.<br />

The Consumer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) for Cellular Telephony gauges levels of satisfaction in respect of<br />

services provided. The Consumer Satisfaction Index or CSI presented in the table above is formulated from the<br />

findings of the CSS. The CSI ranges from a scale of 1 (total dissatisfaction) to 10 (total satisfaction). However<br />

from 2004 it was reconfigured to a scale of 1 - 5.<br />
