Joanne just gave birth to her first baby. While Joanne and her husband Bob are excited with<br />

the arrival of their new family member, they understand that the joy also means increasing<br />

responsibilities. As such, they are looking for a plan for their precious one to start saving for<br />

future education need.<br />

Rashid is a happy married man with two kids. At age 39, he is now planning for retirement.<br />

To maintain the living quality after retirement, he wants a plan that offers lifelong guaranteed<br />

income.<br />

mother or Rashid the pre-retiree. No matter what is your role, protection for yourself and your<br />

loved ones should not be neglected.<br />

AIA investment-linked plans (ILPs) give you the control and flexibility you need to take charge<br />

of your life. Depending on your priorities, you can change the level of your protection and<br />

investment from time to time to meet the changing needs.<br />

WHAT IS AAA 2/ARA 2/AEA 2?<br />

AIA investment-linked series comprised of 3 regular premium plans that are exclusively designed to<br />

cater different needs of varying lifestyles:<br />

Each plan comes with 2 accounts, namely Protection Account and Savings Account:<br />

Regular premium and ad hoc top-up (if any) will<br />

be placed into this account where the account<br />

value will be used to pay the monthly service<br />

charge and cost of insurance.<br />

A Saver Premium (Scheduled top-up) will be<br />

placed into this account and will be allocated<br />

to purchase units to maximize your investment<br />

value.<br />

Unless your consent is given in the application,<br />

the account value of this account will not be<br />

used to pay monthly service charge and cost of<br />

insurance.<br />

WHY AAA 2/ARA 2/AEA 2?<br />

Anniversary Bonus<br />

You are entitled for Anniversary Bonus – an additional 1% increase in the sum assured 1 every<br />

year starting from the beginning of 2nd policy year onwards till 120% of the sum assured. The<br />

Anniversary Bonus will be paid upon death, total and permanent disability (TPD) and critical illness<br />

(only if critical life rider is attached at the point of policy inception) in addition to the sum assured.<br />

This unique feature is offered to you without any additional cost of insurance.<br />

Five years guaranteed coverage<br />

Your basic policy and all rider(s) attached will continue to be in force 2 within the first five (5) policy<br />

years, even though your account value is insufficient to cover all the policy charges.<br />

Protection and investment flexibility<br />

Your protection and investment level can be changed flexibly from time to time to suit your varying needs.<br />

You may modify your protection level by either increasing or decreasing your sum assured; or<br />

amend your investment level via top-ups and/or fund(s) switching whenever you want.<br />

Potential investment returns<br />

AIA ILPs give you the opportunities to reap potentially higher investment returns 3 by investing<br />

in fund(s) of your choice. You can decide your preferred fund(s) based on your risk appetite,<br />

investment horizon and financial goal from our wide range of fund selection. You may also switch<br />

the fund(s) anytime to take advantage of the investment market.<br />

To maximize your investment value, you can increase the ad hoc top up or A Saver Premium<br />

(Scheduled top-up) as and when you require. 95% of the top-up amount will be allocated to<br />

purchase the units of your chosen fund(s).<br />

Subject to lower of initial sum assured or current sum assured, and is limited to RM500,000 per policy. The<br />

Anniversary Bonus payable will be based on the policy year when the premium is last paid. However, the Anniversary<br />

Bonus will not be payable upon surrender, lapse or maturity of the policy.<br />

Complete protection in one plan<br />

Apart from the death and total and permanent disability (TPD) benefit 4 , you can further enhance<br />

your protection level by adding the following optional benefits 5 :<br />

• Critical Illness Coverage<br />

Pay lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of the covered critical illness.<br />

• Juvenile Illness Coverage (Child Health Guard)<br />

Provide coverage on juvenile related Illnesses such as Kawasaki, Severe Juvenile<br />

Rheumatoid Arthritis, Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus and etc.<br />

• Female Coverage<br />

Pay lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of female related illness.<br />

• Hospitalization and Surgical Benefit<br />

Reimburse medical expenses in the event of hospitalization.<br />

• Accident Benefit<br />

Offer coverage for injury or death due to accidents.<br />

• Disability Income Benefit<br />

Pay income should the insured unfortunately become disabled.<br />

Guaranteed income for retirement (ARA 2 only)<br />

The Life Income option 6 allows you to enjoy your desired retirement life from as early as 40 years<br />

old. Under this benefit, the account value of your policy will be converted into guaranteed life<br />

income and is payable to you for as long as you live.<br />

Privilege for conversion (AEA 2 only)<br />

Upon maturity of the AEA 2, you have the privilege to continue your coverage by converting the<br />

plan to AAA 2 or ARA 2 without evidence of insurability while enjoy 100% of premium allocation for<br />

regular premium paid towards investment.<br />

What are the types of top-up available?<br />

There are 2 types of top-up available:<br />

Can I make a partial withdrawal?<br />

Yes, partial withdrawal is allowed subject to minimum withdrawal amount of RM1,000 and the<br />

remaining account value after withdrawal is at least RM1,000.<br />

Am I allowed to switch my funds?<br />

Yes, you can switch funds as and when you like without additional cost. The minimum switching<br />

amount is RM50.<br />

COVERAGE<br />

When does my life insurance coverage start?<br />

Your coverage starts from the date on which your completed and signed application form is<br />

approved by us and when we have received the appropriate premium.<br />

In the event of death of a child, will the basic sum assured payable in full for AAA 2 and AEA 2?<br />

The basic sum assured payable will be based on the juvenile lien percentage as indicated in the<br />

table below:<br />

How my premium is allocated?<br />

Premium paid by you will be divided into:<br />

• Allocated premium – this amount will be used to purchase the units of your preferred<br />

investment-linked fund(s).<br />

• Unallocated premium – this amount is used to meet the Company’s expenses and direct<br />

distribution cost, including the commissions payable to agent.<br />

What is the premium paying duration?<br />

• AAA 2 and ARA 2: Premium duration is up to age 100<br />

• AEA 2: Premium duration is up to age 25<br />

What can I do if I fail to pay my premium after the due date?<br />

If you fail to pay your premium after the expiration of grace period, your policy will be kept<br />

in-force under Premium Holiday provided your account value is sufficient to cover the policy<br />

charges. Nevertheless, there is possibility of your policy lapsing when the required charges,<br />

exceed the account value available.<br />

There are 2 options of Premium Holiday which you may select during the application:<br />

• Premium Holiday with Basic – account value is used to cover the policy charges for basic<br />

plan only, while the rider(s) will be terminated.<br />

• Premium Holiday with Basic and Rider – account value is used to cover the policy charges<br />

for both the basic plan and rider(s).<br />

How can I pay the premiums?<br />

Premiums can be paid in any one of the following methods:<br />

a) In cash or cheque. For payment in cheque, please make it payable to “American International<br />

Assurance Bhd.”<br />

b) Autopay:<br />

i) Credit card<br />

ii) Auto Debit (HSBC, BSN and MBB)<br />

c) Standing instruction<br />

d) AIA Maybank Corporate Collection Account (AIA MCCA)<br />

Your premium payments may be made once a year, twice a year, four times a year or once a<br />

month.<br />

Please note that for auto debit, standing instruction or AIA MCCA payment method, the following<br />

additional conditions will apply:<br />

• For payments made once a year, twice a year and four times a year: the first payment has to<br />

be payable in cash or cheque.<br />

• For payments made once a month, a minimum of the first 2 payments must be paid in cash<br />

or cheque.

TERMS & CONDITIONS<br />

What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of?<br />

• Importance of disclosure – you must disclose all material facts such as medical condition,<br />

and state your age correctly.<br />

• Free-look period – you may cancel your ILP policy by returning to us the policy contract and<br />

giving us a written notice that has been signed by you. Both written notice and policy contract<br />

must be received by us within 15 days after you have received the policy contract. We will<br />

refund to you the unallocated premiums, the value of units that have been allocated (if any)<br />

at unit price at the next valuation date and any cost of insurance charge and monthly service<br />

charge that have been deducted less any medical fee incurred.<br />

• Cash value – the cash value of the ILP policy depends on the performance of the investmentlinked<br />

funds selected. The higher the level of insurance coverage selected, the fewer units<br />

will remain to accumulate cash value under your policy.<br />

• Policy lapse – the ILP policy will lapse when the value of investment units is insufficient to<br />

pay for the insurance and other charges.<br />

• Grace period – you are given a grace period of 31 days from the due date for payment of<br />

each subsequent premium. If premium remains unpaid at the end of this grace period, the<br />

policy may lapse, subject to the account value of the policy.<br />

Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the policy contract for the terms and<br />

conditions.<br />

EXCLUSIONS<br />

What are the major exclusions?<br />

The plans shall not cover:<br />

i) Death caused by suicide within 1 year from the issue date or commencement date,<br />

whichever is later.

ii) Any disability resulting from:<br />

• Attempted self-destruction or self-inflicted injuries while sane or insane.<br />

• Service in any armed forces or public order restoration.<br />

• Activities connected to any aerial device or conveyance except as a passenger on a<br />

commercial airline on an established passenger route.<br />

• Any congenital defect which has manifested or was diagnosed before the insured attains<br />

seventeen (17) years of age.<br />

iii) Pre-existing disability resulting from a physical or mental condition.<br />

CANCELLATION<br />

Can AIA cancel my policy?<br />

No.<br />

Can I surrender my policy?<br />

Buying a regular premium investment-linked policy is a long-term financial commitment. If you<br />

do not pay your premiums within the grace period, your policy may lapse unless your policy’s<br />

account value is sufficient to cover the cost of insurance and other fees and charges. You may<br />

surrender your policy at any time by writing in to us. However, it is not advisable to hold this<br />

policy for a short period of time in view of the high initial costs. Upon early surrender, you may<br />

receive less than the premiums paid.<br />

CLAIMS<br />

How do I make a claim?<br />

You need to complete the relevant claims forms which you can obtain from your AIA agent, by<br />

calling the AIA Customer Service Hotline at 1300-88-1899 or visit any AIA branch. You will find a<br />

list of AIA branches in Malaysia on the back of this brochure.<br />

What other documentation is required to be submitted together with the claim?<br />

In addition to the relevant claims forms, we need additional medical reports (as listed at the back<br />

of the claims form) to support the claim.<br />

When do I have to notify AIA of a claim?<br />

In the event of a claim, it is advisable that you notify us immediately + .<br />

The notification period varies in accordance with types of claim made. Please refer to the policy contract for details.<br />

TAX RELIEF<br />

Is the premium paid for this policy eligible for income tax relief?<br />

The plans may qualify you for personal tax relief subject to the final decision of the Inland<br />

Revenue Board.<br />

For AEA 2, in order to qualify for the education or medical tax relief, the policy must mature<br />

between the ages of 13 to 25 years of the child. A payor benefit rider with the same duration as<br />

the basic plan must be attached.<br />

Pelan Berkaitan Pelaburan<br />

Anna baru sahaja menyertai tenaga kerja. Dia sudah mula merancang pelan kewangannya.<br />

Dengan bajet yang terhad, dia memerlukan satu pelan insurans yang dia mampu memiliki<br />

sebagai polisi insurans pertamanya.<br />

Joanne baru menyambut bayi pertamanya. Walaupun Joanne dan suami Bob teruja dengan<br />

kedatangan ahli keluarga baru mereka, mereka memahami bahawa kegembiraan juga<br />

bermakna tanggungjawab yang semakin bertambah. Oleh itu, mereka sedang mencari pelan<br />

untuk mula menabung bagi keperluan pendidikan masa depan anak kesayangan mereka.<br />

Rashid ialah seorang lelaki berumahtangga bahagia yang mempunyai dua orang anak. Pada<br />

usia 39, dia kini merancang untuk persaraan. Untuk mengekalkan kualiti hidup selepas bersara,<br />

dia ingin memiliki satu pelan yang menawarkan pendapatan terjamin sepanjang hayat.<br />

perlindungan dan pelaburan anda dari masa ke semasa untuk memenuhi keperluan yang berubahubah.<br />

Siri berkaitan pelaburan AIA terdiri daripada 3 pelan premium tetap yang direka semata-mata untuk<br />

memenuhi keperluan berbeza atas sebab gaya hidup yang berbeza:<br />

MENGAPA AAA 2/ARA 2/AEA 2?<br />

Bonus Ulang Tahun<br />

Anda layak mendapatkan Bonus Ulang Tahun - tambahan 1% dalam jumlah yang diinsuranskan 1<br />

setiap tahun bermula dari awal tahun polisi ke-2 sehingga 120% daripada jumlah yang<br />

diinsuranskan. Bonus Ulang Tahun akan dibayar sebagai tambahan kepada jumlah yang<br />

diinsuranskan untuk kematian, hilang upaya menyeluruh dan kekal (TPD) dan penyakit kritikal<br />

(hanya jika rider penyakit kritikal dilampirkan pada permulaan polisi).<br />

Ciri unik ini ditawarkan kepada anda tanpa sebarang kos insurans tambahan.<br />

Perlindungan terjamin lima tahun<br />

Polisi asas anda dan semua rider yang dilampirkan akan terus berkuatkuasa 2 dalam tempoh lima<br />

(5) tahun pertama polisi, walaupun nilai akaun anda tidak mencukupi untuk membayar semua caj<br />

polisi.<br />

Fleksibiliti perlindungan dan pelaburan<br />

Tahap perlindungan dan pelaburan anda boleh ditukar secara fleksibel dari masa ke semasa untuk<br />

memenuhi keperluan anda yang berbeza.<br />

Anda boleh menukar tahap perlindungan anda dengan sama ada menambahkan atau<br />

mengurangkan jumlah yang diinsuranskan anda; atau mengubah tahap pelaburan anda melalui<br />

tambah nilai dan/atau pertukaran dana pada bila-bila masa anda mahu.<br />

Pulangan pelaburan berpotensi<br />

ILP AIA memberi anda peluang untuk memperolehi pulangan 3 pelaburan berpotensi yang lebih<br />

tinggi dengan melabur dalam dana pilihan anda. Anda boleh menentukan dana pilihan anda<br />

berdasarkan selera risiko, horizon pelaburan dan matlamat kewangan anda dari pelbagai pilihan<br />

dana kami. Anda juga boleh menukar dana pada bila-bila masa untuk mengambil kesempatan<br />

daripada pasaran pelaburan.<br />

Tertakluk kepada mana yang lebih rendah, jumlah diinsuranskan asal atau jumlah diinsuranskan semasa, dan terhad<br />

kepada RM500, 000 setiap polisi. Bonus Ulang Tahun akan dibayar berdasarkan tahun polisi di mana premium terakhir<br />

dibayar. Walau bagaimanapun, Bonus Ulang Tahun tidak akan dibayar apabila polisi diserahkan, luput atau matang.<br />

Tertakluk kepada terma-terma dan syarat-syarat.<br />

Untuk memaksimumkan nilai pelaburan anda, anda boleh membuat tambah nilai ad hoc atau<br />

menambahkan Premium A Saver (tambah nilai berjadual) pada bila-bila masa anda memerlukan.<br />

95% daripada jumlah tambah nilai akan diperuntukkan untuk membeli unit-unit dana yang anda pilih.<br />

Perlindungan yang lengkap dalam satu pelan<br />

Selain daripada faedah 4 kematian dan hilang upaya menyeluruh dan kekal (TPD), anda boleh<br />

meningkatkan lagi tahap perlindungan anda dengan menambah faedah pilihan 5 berikut:<br />

• Perlindungan Penyakit Kritikal<br />

Membayar faedah sekali gus manfaat apabila didiagnoskan dengan penyakit kritikal yang<br />

dilindungi.<br />

• Perlindungan Penyakit Juvenil (Child Health Guard)<br />

Memberi perlindungan atas penyakit berkaitan juvenil seperti Kawasaki, Artritis Reumatoid<br />

Juvenil yang Teruk, Diabetes Melitus Bergantung Insulin dan lain-lain.<br />

• Perlindungan Wanita<br />

Membayar faedah sekali gus apabila didiagnoskan dengan penyakit berkaitan wanita.<br />

• Faedah Hospital dan Pembedahan<br />

Membayar balik perbelanjaan perubatan sekiranya dimasukkan ke hospital.<br />

• Faedah Kemalangan<br />

Menawarkan perlindungan bagi kecederaan atau kematian akibat kemalangan.<br />

• Faedah Pendapatan Hilang Upaya<br />

Membayar pendapatan jika insured hilang upaya.<br />

Pendapatan terjamin untuk persaraan (ARA 2 sahaja)<br />

Opsyen Pendapatan Hayat 6 membolehkan anda menikmati kehidupan persaraan yang anda<br />

ingini seawal umur 40 tahun. Di bawah faedah ini, nilai akaun polisi anda akan ditukarkan kepada<br />

pendapatan hayat terjamin dan akan dibayar kepada anda sepanjang hayat anda.<br />

Keistimewaan untuk penukaran (AEA 2 sahaja)<br />

Apabila AEA 2 matang, anda mempunyai keistimewaan untuk meneruskan perlindungan anda<br />

dengan menukar pelan kepada AAA 2 atau ARA 2 tanpa bukti insurabiliti sambil menikmati 100%<br />

premium berkala diperuntukkan untuk pelaburan.<br />

Nota: Sila rujuk kepada kontrak polisi untuk butir-butir penuh perlindungan faedah.<br />

Hanya untuk hayat standard sehingga umur 70 tahun.<br />

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa terdapat pengecualian dan had yang berkenaan untuk faedah ini sebagaimana yang<br />

Faedah ini hanya akan disediakan jika nilai akaun adalah lebih daripada RM5, 000 dan jumlah pendapatan hayat<br />

PERLINDUNGAN<br />

Bilakah perlindungan insurans hayat saya bermula?<br />

Perlindungan anda bermula dari tarikh di mana borang permohonan anda yang telah<br />

dilengkapkan dan ditandatangani diluluskan oleh kami dan apabila kami menerima premium<br />

yang sewajarnya.<br />

Sekiranya berlaku kematian anak yang diinsuranskan, adakah jumlah asas yang<br />

Berapa lamakah tempoh pembayaran premium?<br />

• AAA 2 dan ARA 2: Tempoh pembayaran premium adalah sehingga umur 100<br />

• AEA 2: Tempoh pembayaran premium adalah sehingga umur 25<br />

Apa yang boleh saya lakukan jika saya gagal membayar premium saya selepas tarikh genap<br />

tempoh ihsan?<br />

Jika anda gagal membayar premium anda selepas tempoh ihsan, polisi anda akan terus<br />

berkuatkuasa di bawah Cuti Premium dengan syarat bahawa nilai akaun anda adalah<br />

mencukupi untuk membayar caj polisi. Walau bagaimanapun, ada kemungkinan polisi anda<br />

luput apabila caj yang diperlukan, melebihi nilai akaun yang tersedia ada.<br />

Terdapat 2 pilihan Cuti Premium yang anda boleh pilih semasa permohonan:<br />

• Cuti Premium dengan Polisi Asas - nilai akaun digunakan untuk membayar caj polisi bagi<br />

pelan asas sahaja, manakala rider akan ditamatkan.<br />

• Cuti Premium dengan Polisi Asas dan Rider - nilai akaun digunakan untuk membayar caj<br />

polisi bagi kedua-dua pelan asas dan rider.<br />

Bagaimana boleh saya membayar premium?<br />

Premium boleh dibayar dengan mana-mana satu cara berikut:<br />

a) Secara tunai atau dengan cek. Bagi bayaran dengan cek, sila bayar atas nama “American<br />

International Assurance Bhd.”<br />

b) Bayaran automatik:<br />

i) Kredit Kad<br />

ii) Autodebit (HSBC, BSN and MBB)<br />

c) Arahan tetap<br />

d) Akaun Kutipan Korporat AIA Maybank (AIA MCCA)<br />

Bayaran premium anda boleh dibuat sekali setahun, dua kali setahun, empat kali setahun atau<br />

sekali sebulan.<br />

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa untuk autodebit, arahan tetap atau kaedah bayaran AIA MCCA,<br />

syarat-syarat tambahan berikut akan dikenakan:<br />

• Bagi bayaran yang dibuat sekali setahun, dua kali setahun dan empat kali setahun: bayaran<br />

pertama hendaklah dibuat secara tunai atau dengan cek.<br />

• Bagi bayaran yang dibuat sekali sebulan, minimum 2 bayaran pertama hendaklah dibuat<br />

secara tunai atau dengan cek.

TERMA DAN SYARAT<br />

Apakah antara terma-terma dan syarat-syarat penting yang perlu saya ketahui?<br />

• Kepentingan pendedahan – anda mesti mendedahkan semua fakta-fakta penting seperti<br />

keadaan kesihatan dan menyatakan umur anda dengan betul.<br />

• Tempoh percubaan – anda boleh membatalkan polisi ILP anda dengan mengembalikan<br />

kami kontrak polisi dan memberikan kami notis bertulis yang telah anda tandatangani. Kami<br />

mesti menerima kedua-dua notis bertulis dan kontrak polisi dalam tempoh 15 hari selepas<br />

anda menerima kontrak polisi tersebut. Kami akan membayar balik anda premium yang tidak<br />

diperuntukkan, nilai unit yang telah diperuntukkan (jika ada) berdasarkan harga unit pada<br />

tarikh penilaian yang berikut, sebarang kos insurans dan caj perkhidmatan bulanan yang<br />

telah ditolak, dan tolak sebarang bayaran perubatan yang terlibat.<br />

• Nilai tunai – nilai tunai polisi ILP bergantung kepada prestasi dana berkaitan pelaburan yang<br />

dipilih. Lebih tinggi tahap perlindungan insurans yang dipilih, makin kurangnya unit yang<br />

kekal untuk mengumpul nilai tunai di bawah polisi anda.<br />

• Tempoh ihsan – anda diberi tempoh ihsan selama 31 hari dari tarikh genap tempoh bagi<br />

pembayaran setiap premium berikutnya. Jika premium tidak dibayar pada akhir tempoh ihsan<br />

polisi ini, polisi ini mungkin luput, tertakluk kepada nilai tunai polisi.<br />

Nota: Senarai ini adalah tidak terperinci. Sila rujuk kepada kontrak polisi untuk terma-terma dan<br />

syarat-syarat.<br />

PENGECUALIAN<br />

Apakah pengecualian-pengecualian utama?<br />

Pelan ini tidak akan melindungi:<br />

i) Kematian yang disebabkan oleh membunuh diri dalam tempoh 1 tahun dari tarikh penyertaan<br />

atau tarikh mula, yang mana lebih lewat.<br />

ii) Sebarang hilang upaya akibat:<br />

• Percubaan pembinasaan diri atau kecederaan diri semasa siuman atau tidak siuman.<br />

• Berkhidmat dengan angkatan bersenjata atau pemulihan ketenteraman awam.<br />

• Aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan sebarang peranti atau pengangkutan udara kecuali<br />

sebagai penumpang dalam penerbangan komersial melalui laluan penumpang yang<br />

ditetapkan.

• Sebarang kecacatan congenital yang telah kelihatan atau didiagnoskan sebelum insured<br />

mencapai umur tujuh belas (17) tahun.<br />

iii) Hilang upaya yang sedia ada akibat keadaan fizikal atau mental.<br />

Nota: Senarai ini adalah tidak terperinci. Sila rujuk kepada kontrak polisi untuk senarai<br />

pengecualian yang sepenuhnya.<br />

PEMBATALAN<br />

Bolehkan AIA membatalkan polisi saya?<br />

Tidak.<br />

Bolehkah saya menyerahkan polisi saya?<br />

Membeli polisi berkaitan pelaburan premium tetap merupakan komitmen kewangan jangka<br />

panjang. Jika anda tidak membayar premium anda dalam tempoh ihsan, polisi anda mungkin<br />

luput melainkan nilai akaun polisi anda adalah mencukupi untuk membayar kos insurans dan<br />

yuran dan caj lain. Anda boleh menyerahkan polisi anda pada bila-bila masa dengan menulis<br />

kepada kami. Walau bagaimanapun, adalah tidak digalakkan untuk memegang polisi ini untuk<br />

tempoh masa yang singkat memandangkan kos permulaan yang tinggi. Setelah penyerahan<br />

awal, anda mungkin menerima kurang daripada premium yang dibayar.<br />

TUNTUTAN<br />

Bagaimana saya membuat tuntutan?<br />

Anda perlu melengkapkan borang tuntutan yang berkaitan di mana anda boleh mendapati<br />

daripada ejen AIA anda, menelefon Hotline Perkhidmatan Pelanggan AIA di 1300-88-1899 atau<br />

mengunjungi mana-mana cawangan AIA. Anda boleh mendapatkan senarai cawangan AIA di<br />

Malaysia di belakang brosur ini.<br />

Apakah dokumen lain yang perlu diserahkan bersama dengan tuntutan?<br />

Di samping borang tuntutan yang berkaitan, kami juga memerlukan laporan perubatan (seperti<br />

yang dinyatakan di belakang borang tuntutan) untuk menyokong tuntutan.<br />

Bilakah saya perlu memberitahu AIA mengenai tuntutan?<br />

Sekiranya berlaku tuntutan, anda hendaklah memberitahu kami dengan segera + .<br />

PELEPASAN CUKAI<br />

Adakah premium yang dibayar untuk polisi ini layak mendapat pelepasan cukai pendapatan?<br />

Bagi AEA 2, untuk layak mendapatkan pelepasan cukai pendidikan atau perubatan, polisi<br />

mestilah matang di antara umur anak 13 hingga 25 tahun. Rider faedah pembayar dengan<br />

tempoh yang sama seperti pelan asas mestilah dilampirkan.<br />
