ABSTRACT
Nowdays database is very important in IT field (Information Technology)

especially which involving with information management. We can saythat the
important asset in the organization is the database because any transaction such as
operational, maintenance, accounting and etc. uses this daa and information which
was stored in the database.
Therefore, the accessment to the databases are very important for executing
the transactions as above. The objective ofthis project is to produce an application
which could manage and control the data accessment from the software that are run
under windows environment to the various database files. Therg the data and the
structure of the database file would be converted to the centralized database file
which are created at the first step.
The development of this application is based on Microsoft ODBC (open
Database Connectivity) which provide the data accessment's interface to support the
various of databases driver. This application, we can split it into 2 main processes;
Create Database andOpen Database. This 2 processes will produce a centralized
database file which in Microsoft Access 2.0 format.
