Pertama kali saya melakukan asesment terhadap karyawan saya di <strong>ACI</strong> yang saya minta adalah<br />
mana ruang monitor, saya mau menyaksikan. Ternyata yang saya lihat amazing, semua direkam,<br />
instrukturnya kompeten. Dari 120 yang kami lakukan assessment, hanya <strong>11</strong> orang yang lulus. <strong>ACI</strong><br />
ini cukup bagus, cukup baik. Keberhasilan Djakarta Lloyd tidak terlepas dari peranan <strong>ACI</strong>. Karena<br />
