16 <strong>Peraturan</strong> <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong> tentang <strong>Lingkungan</strong>
Umum Lot Ruang Umum <strong>Kawasan</strong> General <strong>SCBD</strong> Lots <strong>SCBD</strong> Public Space di Ruang Umum <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong>. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna wajib melakukan pemilahan limbah padat/ sampah minimal menjadi organik, non organik, dan B3 terlebih dahulu dengan baik dan benar, sebelum di buang keluar <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong>. Dalam hal khusus dan dengan persetujuan Pengelola <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong>, Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna dapat membuat dan menyediakan fasilitas penampungan limbah padat sementara dengan kapasitas yang memadai di lokasi tertutup yang tidak terlihat secara umum. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna setiap saat wajib menjaga dan memelihara fasilitas penampungan, pemilahan, dan pengelolaan limbah padat di dalam Lot agar selalu aman, kering, bersih, dan rapi serta tidak menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna secara teratur wajib membuang limbah padat/sampah tersebut keluar <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong> dengan metode yang aman, efektif, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna dalam setiap proses pembuangan limbah padat/sampah tersebut senantiasa harus menjaga kebersihan Ruang Umum <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong>. 2.2.7.3 Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (LB3) Sementara Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna wajib menangani atau mengelola limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (LB3) sementara secara khusus sesuai <strong>Peraturan</strong> Perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dalam pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (LB3), Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna wajib bekerja sama dengan External Provider khusus untuk menangani limbah B3 (LB3), yang telah memiliki sertifikat dan izin dari instansi pemerintah yang berwenang sesuai dengan <strong>Peraturan</strong> Perundangundangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna wajib melaporkan hasil pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (LB3) yang dilakukan di dalam Lotnya secara berkala kepada Pengelola <strong>Kawasan</strong> <strong>SCBD</strong>. 2.2.8 Polusi Udara Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna wajib menjaga agar kualitas udara di dalam Lotnya tidak melampaui nilai ambang batas yang ditetapkan dalam ketentuan <strong>Peraturan</strong> Perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Pemilik Lot atau Pengguna apabila melakukan kegiatan dengan menggunakan peralatan yang Lots and in <strong>SCBD</strong> Public Spaces. The Lot Owners or Users must sort the temporary solid waste/garbage into a minimum of three categories, which are organic, inorganic, and Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW). The Lot Owners or Users must complete this process prior to disposing it outside of the <strong>SCBD</strong> area. In certain cases, and with the approval of the <strong>SCBD</strong> Estate Management, the Lot Owners or Users may construct and provide temporary solid waste storage facility with an adequate capacity in a secure location that is hidden from the Public. The Lot Owners or Users must at all times maintain and preserve the solid waste storage, sorting and management facility. This includes keeping it safe, dry, clean, orderly and free from unpleasant odors. The Lot Owners or Users must regularly dispose the solid waste out of the <strong>SCBD</strong> in a safe, effective, and environmentally friendly method. Throughout the process, the Lot Owners or Users must maintain the cleanliness of <strong>SCBD</strong> Public Spaces. 2.2.7.3 Temporary Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW) The Lot Owners or Users must handle or manage temporary Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW) in a specific manner in accordance with the prevailing Laws and Regulations in Indonesia. In handling Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW), the Lot Owners or Users must cooperate with a government-sanctioned External Provider, in accordance with the prevailing Laws and Regulations in Indonesia, to handle the HTW. The Lot Owners or Users must regularly report the results of the HTW management in their respective <strong>SCBD</strong> Lots to the <strong>SCBD</strong> Estate Management. 2.2.8 Air Pollution The Lot Owners or Users must maintain the air quality in their <strong>SCBD</strong> Lots no higher than the threshold in accordance with the prevailing Laws and Regulations in Indonesia.
