The Independent School
FUNDRAISING MODEL
Tuition, of course, plays the largest role in an independent school’s funding structure;
however, rarely does tuition cover the full cost of educating a student. At All Saints
Academy, tuition covers 95% of the cost per student each year. A significant percentage
of our operating budget, almost 80% annually, is spent on retaining and supporting the
highest quality faculty and staff, leaving little flexibility in expenses. Our Board of Trustees
and Head of School are committed to minimizing tuition increases while continuing to
offer every student an excellent education. Because ASA, like most independent schools,
operates as a 501(c)(3) organization, charitable giving offers a tax-deductible way for
community members to invest in our school’s success.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
100% Participation
From March 18th to May 3rd, we are challenging the All Saints Academy community to reach 100% participation
in the Halo Fund! Enhanced academic programs, competitive athletics, stunning performing and visual arts,
additional financial aid, innovative technology, and faculty professional development are just some of the ways
ASA students and faculty benefit from your support of the Halo Fund!
MAR 18
As a special incentive, any grade level that hits 100% will receive a Pelican Snow Party! Then, the first division to
get 100% participation will receive a special day of celebration.
check Lower School will get a water day
check Middle School will get pizza, karaoke, and movies
check Upper School will get Chick-Fil-A catered and kickball
