By virtue <strong>of</strong> the authority vested in the Secretary <strong>of</strong> State, acting in<br />
conjunction with the Secretary <strong>of</strong> the Treasury, the Attorney General, the<br />
Secretary <strong>of</strong> Commerce, the Board <strong>of</strong> Economic Warfare, and the Coordinator<br />
<strong>of</strong> Inter-American Affairs, by Proclamation 2497 <strong>of</strong> the President <strong>of</strong><br />
July 17, 1941 (6 F.R. 3555), the following Supplement 3 containing certain<br />
additions to, amendments to, and deletions from The Proclaimed List <strong>of</strong><br />
Certain Blocked Nationals, Revision II <strong>of</strong> May 12, 1942 (7 F.R. 3587), is<br />
hereby promulgated.<br />
