La société H. + H. Maslanka Chirurgische Instrumente GmbH est connue depuis 1974 pour des produits de
grande qualité pour l‘endoscopie. Un vaste assortiment de produits nous permet de couvrir, grâce aux produits

Im Bereich Kardiologie bieten wir verschiedene Ausführungen von flexiblen und formbaren Biopsiezangen an.
Auf Grund der ungelösten hygienischen Probleme bei der Resterilistaion des inneren Schaftteils fertigen wir ausschließlich
Einwegprodukte.
Die Myokardbiopsie dient zur Entnahme einer Gewebeprobe am menschlichen Herzen. Hierfür werden transvenös im
rechten bzw. transarteriell im linken Ventrikel kleine Gewebeproben aus dem Herzmuskel von endokardial entnommen.
Die auf Wunsch formbaren Schaftteile weisen dosierte Federeigenschaften auf, um das Risiko einer Perforation zu
minimieren. Die präzisen Maulteile besitzen eine angepasste Länge und sehr scharfe Schneiden. Zum Einen wird ebenfalls
die Perforationsgefahr minimiert, zum Anderen ist auch bei kleinsten Volumina eine repräsentative nicht gequetschte
Probenmorphologie gewährleistet. Eine exakte Vorspannung von ergometrischem Handgriff und Bowdenzug garantieren
eine dosierbare ruckfreie Exkursion der Maulteile auch im vorgebogenen Zustand. Konstant höchste Fertigungsqualität
gewährleistet die Sicherheit bei der Anwendung, wie sie von zahlreichen Kliniken und Arbeitsgruppen bestätigt wird.
In cardiology, we offer different versions of flexible and pliant biopsy forceps. Due to the unsolved hygienic problems with the
resterilization of inner shaft part, all of these products are disposable items exclusively.
Myocardial biopsy is designed to take a tissue specimen from the human heart. In this process, small specimens are taken
intracardially from the cardiac muscle, either in the right ventricle (by venous access) or in the left ventricle
(by arterial access).
The shaft parts - optionally available in a pliant material - feature dosed spring properties in order to minimize the risk of
perforation. The high –precision jaws have a matching length and very sharp cutting edges.
This also helps to minimize the perforation risk, guaranteeing at the same time a represantative, non-squashed specimen
morphology even for very small volumes. Thanks too precise pre-tensioning of the ergometric handle and Bowden cable,
dosable and smooth (jerk-free) excursion of the jaws is guaranteed even in pre-bent condition. And since we make a point of
it to keep the manufacturing quality constantly at the highestpossible level, application safety is guaranteed at any time - as
confirmed by numerous clinics, hospitals and working groups.
Dans le domain de la cardiologie, nous proposons différents modèles de pinces à biopsie flexibles et formables. En raison
des problèmes d‘hygiène non réglés lors de la restérilisation de la partie interne des tiges, nous fabriquons uniquement des
produits à usage unique.
La biopsie myocardique consiste à prélever un échantillon de tissu sur le coeur humain: de petits échantillons de tissu du
muscle cardiaque sont prélevés à l‘intérieur du coeur, par voie transveineuse dans le ventricule droit ou transartérielle dans
le ventricule gauche.
Les éléments de la tige, formbales sur demande, affichent des propriétés élastiques dosées, afin de réduire au minimum le
risque de perforation. La longueur des éléments de précision du mors est adaptée et leurs lames sont très affûtées. D‘une
part le risque de perforation est également réduit au minimum, d‘aurte part une morphologie des échantillons représentative
et n‘ayant pas subi d‘écrasement est garantie même si ces derniers sont extrêmement petits. Une prétension exacte de la
poignée ergométrique et du câble de Bowden garantissent une excursion dosable en douceur des éléments du mors même
lorsqu‘ils sont préalablement courbés. Une qualité de fabrication constamment optimale garantit la sécurité d‘utilisation, ce
qui est confirmé par ungrand nombre de cliniques et de groupes de travail.
In cardiologia l'azienda è in grado di offrire diverse versioni di pinze flessibili e pieghevoli da biopsia. A causa dei problemi
igienici non risolti e relativi alla risterilizzazione della porzione interna dell'asta, tutti i prodotti sono esclusivamente
monouso.
La biopsia miocardica è mirata al prelievo di un campione di tessuto cardiaco del paziente. Con questo processo tutti i
piccoli campioni sono prelevati a livello intracardiaco dal muscolo cardiaco, o nel ventricolo destro (con accesso venoso) o
nel ventricolo sinistro (con accesso arterioso).
I componenti dell'asta - disponibili su richiesta con materiale flessibile - sono dotati di funzionalità a molla precalibrata per
ridurre al minimo il rischio di perforazioni. Le ganasce ad alta precisione sono dotate della lunghezza adeguata e di bordi di
taglio molto affilati. Questa caratteristica favorisce anche la riduzione al minimo del rischio di perforazione garantendo allo
stesso tempo la morfologia rappresentativa e non schiacciata dei campioni anche a volumi ridottissimi. Grazie al
pretensionamento di precisione dell'impugnatura ergometrica e del cavo di Bowden, la corsa regolabile e fluida (senza scatti)
delle ganasce viene garantita anche in condizioni di prepiegatura. Dato che per l'azienda produrre articoli con qualità ai
massimi livelli possibili in modo costante è motivo di vanto, la sicurezza delle applicazioni viene garantita in qualsiasi
momento come confermato dalle numerose cliniche, ospedali e gruppi di lavoro.
