La quota trattenuta può essere accreditata per un successivo soggiorno.
In caso di partenza anticipata odiarrivo ritardato addebitiamo
il 70% dell’importo delle prestazioni non usufruite. Onde evitare tali
spese avostro carico vi consigliamo di stipulare una polizza assicurativa
per annullamento viaggio.

Animali: Purtroppo non possiamo accettare la presenza di animali

Mancata consumazione pasti: Per ogni mancata consumazione
di un pasto preannunciata la mattina stessa al personale di sala

Preferenza stanze: Le prenotazioni riguardono un determinato tipo
di stanza osuite, ma non possono intendersi riferite ad un preciso
numero di stanza odisuite.

2p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 10
a.m. on the day of your departure. Youare welcome to spend your
last day as our guest! Enjoy full use of the entire wellness area (including
showers and changing rooms) free of charge! Late checkout
is available on request –upto12noon: +10.00 euros per room and
up to 2p.m.: +25.00 euros per room.
Arrangements: Adults staying in an additional bed receive a20%
discount when sharing aroom with two persons paying full price.
Reductions for children: reductions for children sharing aroom

Deposits: reservations are only considered binding on receipt of
adeposit of 200.00 euros, will not reimburse. We will charge this
sum to your credit card on provision of your credit card number with
expiry date, following brief confirmation.

The amount retained may be used towards any subsequent stay at
