3.1.2 Dried Fruit and Vegetables<br />

Conditions:<br />

Phytosanitary certificate may be required depending on commodity<br />

exported. Refer Section 2.3. Exporters are advised to confirm<br />

requirements prior to shipping.<br />

3.1.3 Frozen Fruit and Vegetables<br />

Conditions:<br />

Phytosanitary certificate required or ‘quality and condition certificate’<br />

from certified inspection organization required.<br />

Additional declaration:<br />

Certificate(s) must be endorsed that the plant material is frozen at a<br />

temperature under –17.8 o C<br />

Note: Frozen products of Solananceae are prohibited entry<br />

3.3 Nursery Stock<br />

General<br />

Nursery stock upon arrival in South <strong>Korea</strong> may require Post Entry<br />

Quarantine<br />

Plants exempted from Post Entry Quarantine include:<br />

Imported seedlings which will not be cultivated<br />

100 or less bulbs which will not be offered for sale<br />

Fruit trees and their seedlings for bonsai under 10 weeks old and not<br />

for sale<br />

Seedlings for which an agreement to exempt post-entry quarantine<br />

inspection has been made between South <strong>Korea</strong>’s National Plant<br />

Protection Service and MPI<br />

Exporters are advised to confirm phytosanitary requirements for the
