La AG del gruppo Accossato si compone di 5 divisioni produttive: - AG COMANDI - AG TELAI - AG RADIATORI - AG FORGIATO IN ALLUMINIO - AG AFTERMARKET Le produzioni vengono svolte in due stabilimenti di 31000 mq di cui 17000 coperti, con centri di lavoro, dodici isole robotizzate per le saldature (impianti TIG, MIG,MAG), presse da 25T e 250T, piegatubi a controllo numerico, taglierine, forni per tempera ecc.. Controlli e collaudi con strumentazioni da laboratorio consentono di fornire ai nostri clienti un prodotto altamente di qualità. MescOLA ORgAnicA ORgAnic cOmpOund Le pastiglie mescola “OR” organica Accossato garantiscono prestazioni durature e limitata usura del disco con un elevata modulazione in frenata.La gamma di queste pastiglie copre sia il mercato degli scooter che quello delle moto ed anche dell’off-road. MescOLA sinTeRizzATA sTAndARd SinTEREd STAndARd cOmpOund Le pastiglie freno sinterizzate mescola “sT” Accossato sono relizzate con il processo produttivo di sinterizzazione che permette un’ottima stabilità delle prestazioni con il mantenimento di un elevato coefficiente d’attrito . La particolare mescola permette una drastica diminuzione dell’effetto “fade” anche alle temperature più alte. Questo tipo di mescola è stata studiata per garantire un coefficiente d’attrito alto e costante sia alle alte che alle basse temperature dando un ottimo attrito anche sul bagnato. MescOLA in ceRAMicA pOTTERY cOmpOund La mescola in zXc è prodotta mediante sinterizzazione dove la componente in ceramica è il legante della matrice. Questa pastiglia è resistente alle medie temperature di utilizzo e, grazie alle proprie caratteristiche, offre un ottimo coefficiente di attrito che mantiene costante la frenata e evita l'effetto fadind, sopportando le elevate temperature del disco freno. Questa pastiglia è indicata solo per l'uso racing. Racing Racing PASTIGLIE Brake Pad The Accossato's organic OR compound-pads guarantee long performance and limited disc wear, with a high braking modulation. These pads cover the market of scooter, motorcycle and off-road too. The Accossato's ST compound brake-pads are realized by sintering productive process that permits the best stability of the performances with a high grip maintenance. The particularity of this compound permits to reduce the fade-effects at higher temperatures too. This type of compound was created for guarantee a high and costant grip level at high and low temperatures, giving a good grip on wet ground The pottery ZXc compound is produced with sintering-process. This pad is medium temperature resistant; for own characteristics gives a high grip maintenance that guarantees costant braking and avoids the fading-effect, bearing the high temperature of the brake disc. This pad is recommended just for racing. 1
