Profilassi Primaria<br />
Quando il Rischio <strong>di</strong> Neutropenia febbrile associato alla CT è<br />
65 anni<br />
• Sesso femminile<br />
• PS (ECOG) >= 2<br />
• Stato nutrizionale e ridotte <strong>di</strong>fese immu.<br />
Correlati al trattamento<br />
• Presenza o storia <strong>di</strong> severa neutropenia<br />
• CT ed Intensità <strong>di</strong> dose somm. >80%<br />
• IIIa-IVa linea <strong>di</strong> chemioterapia<br />
• Concom. o precedente ra<strong>di</strong>oterapia<br />
Comorbi<strong>di</strong>tà<br />
• Malattia polmonare cronica ostruttiva<br />
• Malattia car<strong>di</strong>ovascolare, renale<br />
• Malattie del fegato<br />
• Diabete mellito, anemia
