Attenzione: Prima di sottoporci il tuo remix, leggi attentamente questi termini e condizioni
ufficiali.
Tu (il partecipante) dichiari, concordi e garantisci che:
1. tutti i diritti relativi a qualsiasi versione remix ("Remixes") del brano "Il Sole Di
Domenica" ("la canzone"), creata dal partecipante sono di proprietà di K6DN S.r.l.
(“K6DN”) su licenza eclusiva di EMI Music Italy ("EMI") e il partecipante assegna tutti i
diritti del remix della canzone a K6DN in tutto il pianeta per l'intera durata del diritto
d'autore e per qualsiasi tipo di estensione o rinnovo. Se richiesto da K6DN o EMI, il
partecipante è tenuto a compilare e firmare una assegnazione formale dei diritti per
rendere effettivo quanto scritto sopra.
2. tutti i diritti relativi a qualsiasi versione remix della registrazione originale del brano ("il
master") creata da componenti del team Restylers o dal partecipante sono di proprietà di
K6DN su licenza esclusiva di EMI e il partecipante assegna tutti i diritti del remix della
canzone a K6DN in tutto il pianeta per l'intera durata del diritto d'autore e per qualsiasi tipo
di estensione o rinnovo. Se richiesto da K6DN o EMI, il partecipante è tenuto a compilare
e firmare una assegnazione formale dei diritti per rendere effettivo quanto scritto sopra.
3. Dolcenera e Alessandro Finazzo sono registrati e accreditati come gli unici compositori

e autori della canzone, e K6DN Publishing, Warner Chappell Music Italiana s.r.l. sono gli
unici editori dei remix della canzone creati dal partecipante
4. il partecipante non acquisirà interessi di copyright sulla canzone a seguito della
creazione di remix della canzone
5. il concorrente non può utilizzare elementi o parti della canzone ("Stems") se non per
creare remix della canzone per questo Restylers Contest
6. i remix della canzone non contengono campionamenti o altri materiali che sono soggetti
a diritti proprietari di terze parti (per evitare ogni dubbio questo sottointende anche altre
registrazioni di Dolcenera) né possono violare i diritti di terzi.
7. i remix della canzone non hanno contenuti osceni, diffamatori, calunniosi, minacciosi,
molesti, pieni di odio razziale, o etnicamente offensivi, o incoraggianti di una condotta che
potrebbe essere considerata un reato, più in generale non possono violare la legge.
8. il partecipante non può sfruttare, o permettere ad altri di sfruttare, i remix della canzone
creati dal partecipante senza chiedere la preventiva approvazione di K6DN ed EMI.
Pertanto, se il partecipante intende utilizzare il proprio remix al di fuori di questo Restylers
Contest è necessario contattare con una richiesta dettagliata l'indirizzo e-mail

9. Presentando i remix ai Restylers, il partecipante accetta di esonerare e mantenere
Restylers indenne da e contro qualsiasi rivendicazione o azione legale derivante dall'uso
dei remix o dalla partecipazione al Restylers Contest
Nel sottoporre i remix a Restylers, il partecipante conferma e garantice che egli ha pieno
potere e autorità di stipulare questo accordo e dichiara di tenere indenne K6DN ed EMI da
e contro ogni spesa o danno subito a causa di una violazione dei termini e condizioni da
parte del partecipante.
EMI ha diritto di sfruttare commercialmente il remix della canzone creato dal partecipante
senza consultare il partecipante prima di tale sfruttamento commerciale.
Restylers si riserva il diritto, a sua assoluta discrezione, di rimuovere Remixes dal sito web
se ritiene i Remixes offensivi o inappropriati e / o violano i suddetti termini e condizioni.

Hello, before you submit your mix, please carefully read these official terms and
conditions.
By submitting a mix to this site you agree to be bound by these terms.You (the Entrant)
hereby agree, confirm, represent and warrant that:
1. all rights in and to any remixed versions (“Remixes”) of the song “Il Sole Di Domenica”
(“the Song”) created by the Entrant shall be owned by K6DN Srl ("K6DN") under exclusive
license to EMI Music Italy ("EMI") and to the extent necessary the Entrant hereby assigns
all rights in the Remixes of the Song to K6DN throughout the World for the full life of
copyright and any and all extensions and renewals thereof.
If requested by K6DN or EMI, the Entrant shall complete and sign a formal assignment of

copyright to give effect to the foregoing;
2. all rights in and to any Remixes of the original sound recording of the Song (“the
Master”) created by Restylers Team and/or the Entrant shall be owned by K6DN under
exclusive license to EMI and to the extent necessary the Entrant hereby assigns all rights
in the Remixes of the Master to K6DN throughout the World for the full life of copyright and
any and all extensions and renewals there. If requested by K6DN or EMI, the Entrant shall
complete and sign a formal assignment of copyright to give effect to the foregoing;
3. Dolcenera and Alessandro Finazzo will be registered and credited as the sole writers
and K6DN Publishing, Warner Chappell Music Italiana s.r.l. the publishers of the Remixes
of the Song created by the Entrant;
4. the Entrant will not acquire a copyright interest in the Song by virtue of creating Remixes
of the Song;
5. the Entrant will not use any other elements or parts of the Song (“Stems”) otherwise
than to create Remixes of the Song for entry into this Restylers Contest;
6. the Remixes of the Song do not incorporate any samples or other materials which are
subject to third party proprietary rights (for the avoidance of doubt this includes but is not
limited to, other Dolcenera sound recordings) or otherwise infringe the rights of any third
party;
7. the Remixes of the Song are not obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing,
hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered
a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law;
8. the Entrant will not exploit, or allow others to exploit, the Remixes of the Song created
by the Entrant without seeking the prior approval of K6DN and EMI. Accordingly, if the
Entrant wishes to use their Remix outside of this Promotion they should send full details to:

9. by submitting Remixes to Restylers, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless
Restylers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of such Remixes or
Entrant’s participation in the promotion.In submitting Remixes to Restylers the Entrant
confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement
and hereby indemnify K6DN and EMI from and against any and all costs and damages
incurred as a result of any breach of the representations and warranties made by the
Entrant herein.
EMI shall commercially exploit the Remixes of the Song created by the Entrant without
consulting with the Entrant prior to such commercial exploitation.Restylers reserves the
right, in its absolute discretion, to remove Remixes from the website that it deems
offensive or inappropriate and/or Remixes that breach any of the above terms and
conditions.
