Rizzo Umberto S.r.l. was founded by Sir Umberto Rizzo. 

Constant updating as regards research for new solutions, continuous experimentation 

technology and professional creativity have allowed Rizzo Umberto S.r.l. 

to obtain different patents, including the first float valve for high and low pressures, 

know as the MASTER series. 

Although strongly imitated, the MASTER is wellknoun for quality and originality 

as the best float valve for high and low pressures on the 

national and international markets. The latest patent obtained is for the 

float valve knownas VERTICAL - The solution for small space problems. 

Fifty years of seriousness and professionality have made Rizzo Umberto S.r.l. 

a leader in the “float valves and flushing system “ sector.

Il reclamo dovrà essere comunicato per iscritto entro otto giorni 

dalla scoperta dei vizi. Le merci contestate dovranno essere tenute 

a disposizione della Rizzo e dei suoi periti, per consentire di visionare 

e campionare la merce oggetto di contestazione e valutare la 

fondatezza del reclamo stesso; fermo restando l’onere esclusivo 

per il Compratore di provare le contestazioni. I prodotti resi dovranno 

pervenire alla nostra Casa franco destino Roma, dotati della 

regolare documentazione. 

pagamenti: 

Le condizioni sono quelle indicate nelle offerte e nelle Copie 

commissioni e sono impegnative. Trascorse le scadenze convenute, 

senza che il pagamento sia intervenuto, saranno conteggiati 

gli interessi di mora nella misura di 5 punti superiore al 

TUS. Il ritardato pagamento ci autorizza a sospendere senza 

alcun preavviso, le forniture in corso. In caso di controversia è 

riconosciuta la sola competenza del Foro di Roma. Il rapporto è 

comunque regolato dalla legge Italiana ed è riconosciuta la sola

Le apparecchiature di scarico sono progettate e realizzate dalla 

RIZZO per consentire, attraverso una corretta installazione, il 

trattamento delle acque utilizzate nei sanitari da bagno, tubazioni 

di scarico degli edifici e nei serbatoi per sistemi d’irrigazione. 

La garanzia fornita dalla RIZZO per i propri prodotti copre un 

periodo di 12 mesi. Qualora i prodotti RIZZO vanno a costituire 

con articoli forniti da terzi impianti idrosanitari complessi, si 

precisa che la garanzia si limiterà esclusivamente agli specifici 

prodotti RIZZO.
