Descrizione dei contenuti<br />
La Botanica Sistematica ha per oggetto la diversità tassonomica e biologica e<br />
l’organizzazione in classi distinte dei vegetali attuali e fossili - includendo in questa<br />
nozione gli organismi fotosintetici sia procarioti sia eucarioti, i funghi, e i relativi<br />
simbionti - la loro evoluzione e le relazioni di affinità che intercorrono fra essi. La<br />
Botanica Sistematica include il rilevamento floristico di campo, come base di<br />
approccio, la ricognizione e la costituzione dei taxa elementari, la teoria e le tecniche<br />
classificatorie dei gruppi di diversità, la loro proiezione in concreti sistemi tassonomici,<br />
il loro uso per ricostruzioni biogeografiche. Strumenti della Botanica Sistematica sono<br />
l'acquisizione, l'analisi comparata, la sintesi e l’elaborazione delle informazioni<br />
corologiche, biologico-riproduttive, popolazionistiche, paleobotaniche, palinologiche,<br />
morfo-anatomiche, istologiche, citologiche, citogenetiche, fitochimiche, genomiche,<br />
molecolari. Tali informazioni sono elaborate con criteri fenetici, ivi inclusa la<br />
tassonomia numerica, ovvero con criteri filogenetici e cladistici. I contenuti della<br />
Botanica Sistematica trovano espressione nella museologia naturalistica, in particolare<br />
presso Orti botanici, Erbari e Musei dove sono coltivate e depositate le collezioni<br />
oggetto d’indagine<br />
The Plant Systematics concerns the taxonomic & biological biodiversity and the<br />
organization in distinct classes of the existing and fossil plants - including in this sense<br />
the photosintetic organisms both procariots and eucariots, the fungi and the relative<br />
symbionts - their evolution and their phylogeny. The Plant Systematics includes the<br />
floristic survey in field, as the first approach, the recognition and the constitution of the<br />
basic taxa, the theory and the classifing techniques of the groups of biodiversity, their<br />
projection in solid taxonomic systems, their use for biogeographic reconstructions.<br />
Tools of the Plant Systematics are the acquisition, the synthesis and the comparative<br />
analysis and the elaboration of chorologic, biological-reproductive, popolational,<br />
paleobotanic, palinologic, morfo-anatomical, histological, cytological, cytogenetic,<br />
phytochimical, genomic, molecular information. Such information are elaborated with<br />
phenetic criterions, including the numerical taxonomy, or with phylogenetic and<br />
cladistic criteria. The contents of the Plant Systematics find expression in the<br />
naturalistic museologia, in particular at Botanic Gardens, Herbaria and Museums<br />
where the collections are cultivated and deposited as surveying objects.
