Si evince che equipaggiamenti difettosi concorrono nel default in misura<br />
assai modesta. Questa percentuale ~ 7 % ricomprende non solo il difetto<br />

le manutenziona e le testa.<br />
Se l’errore umano fosse eliminabile o si adottassero norme e procedure<br />
molto rigorose (tipo Nuova Zelanda e Australia 1) ), il valore scenderebbe<br />
