Resultado de una tecnología de calidad, los paneles Nesite están construidos con materiales diferentes y en varios espesores, ofreciendo una amplia gama de aplicaciones; todos los paneles están acabados en los lados con un canto en material plástico semirígido, autoextinguiente y anticrujido. Los Paneles Nesite son disponibles para instalaciones con estructura de sostén, con o sin travesaños, y miden 600x600 mm, con tolerancias que respectan las normativas Europeas. RECUBRIMIENTOS INFERIORES Según la destinación de utilizo la parte inferior del panel Nesite puede ser recubierta en aluminio, bandeja en acero o estratificado equilibrante. La hoja en aluminio constituye una barrera al vapor, mejorando la conductividad eléctrica del suelo, mientras el acero galvanisado incrementa la resistencia mecánica. Cuando el núcleo del panel es en aglomerado de espesor 28 mm con recubrimiento superior en estratificado, en la parte inferior se pone un estratificado que garantiza la estabilidad y el equilibrio del panel. NUCLEOS Los núcleos que componen los paneles Nesite son de diferentes tipologías, estudiadas de manera que puedan satisfacer exigencias y utilizos distintos. Aglomerado El núcleo en aglomerado es disponible en dos espesores: 28 mm y 38 mm. El primero, acoplado normalmente a recubrimientos superiores resilientes (estratificado plástico, PVC, linóleo, goma) se utiliza en locales pequeños y con poco pataleo (ej. CED) o cuando el altura del suelo técnico es reducida. El segundo es el producto base más difundido de la gama de los paneles Nesite, gracias a las buenas prestaciones y la posibilidad de ser acoplado a toda la vasta gama de recubrimientos superiores como los resilientes, el gres, la madera y el acero, etc. Compuesto El núcleo está compuesto por un estrato de aglomerado espesor 28 mm y un estrato inerte inferior en sulfato cálcico espesor 12,5 mm, y representa un acoplamiento perfecto entre buenas prestaciones de resistencia al fuego, poder fonoaislante y costes contenidos. Se acopla generalmente a recubrimientos resilientes y autocolocables. Inertes Los núcleos en material inerte constituyen la mejor parte de la gama porque ofrecen excelentes prestaciones de resistencia y reacción al fuego, resistencia a las cargas, poder fonoaislante y confort al pataleo. Hay dos tipologías: sulfato cálcico y fibras o fibrosilicato (producto a base de cemento con fibras). Entrambos, eligiendo el espesor adecuado, pueden ser acoplados a todos los recubrimientos superiores, como los resilientes, el gres, la madera, los lapídeos, el acero, etc.. anime nucleos_core As result of high technology, Nesite panels are manufactured with different materials and various thickness, with a wide range of applications; all panels have a perimetral edge of semirigid plastic material, self-exinguishing and no squeaking. Nesite panels can be installed with substructure, with or without stringers, and have dimensions 60x60 cm, with tolerances in respect of European norms. BOTTOM SURFACES The bottom surface of Nesite panels, according to the final application, can be made of aluminium, steel tray or balancing plastic laminate. The aluminium foil protects the panel against dust and improves the electrical conductivity of the floor, while the steel tray increases the mechanical resistance of the panel. In case of panel core chipboard 28 mm and plastic laminate on top, on bottom surface it is applied a plastic laminate to guarantee stability and balance of the panel. CORE Nesite panels can have various core materials, in order to satisfy different requirements and applications. Chipboard Chipboard core is available in 2 thickness: 28 mm e 38 mm. The first, normally combined with resilient coverings (plastic laminate, vinyl, linoleum, rubber) can be used in rooms with low requirements and low traffic (is.: CED) or when height of the raised floor is low. The second one is the “basic” product, very common in Nesite range, thanks to its good performances and to the possibility to be combined with all range of top coverings, such as resilient, gres of ceramic, parquet, steel, ecc. Sandwich The combination of chipboard 28 mm on top and calcium sulphate 12.5 mm gives as result good performances in term of fire resistance and acoustic insulation, at good price. It is suitable for resilient and loose-lay coverings. Inert Inert cores are the top of the range giving the highest performances in term of fire resistance, fire reaction, mechanical resistance, acoustic insulation, and “comfort” upon walking. There are 2 types: calcium sulphate and cement agglomerate (cement base with organic fibers). Both of them, when choosing the most suitable thickness, can be combined with all top coverings such as resilients, gres of ceramic, parquet, natural stones, steel, ecc.
