Il nuovo giunto elastico in acciaio a basso momento d'inerzia, si
candida come uno dei più importanti elementi nella trasmissione
di potenza tra motore e parti ad esso collegate:
• Ideale per recuperare gli inevitabili disallineamenti tra
alberi coassiali: angolare “a”, radiale “K”, assiale “X”
agendo contemporaneamente da ammortizzatore tra i due
semigiunti.
• Prodotto attualmente in 10 grandezze in grado di trasmettere
coppie massime fino a 7200 Nm ed alloggiare alberi fino ad un
diametro di 110 mm.
• Semigiunti dentati costruiti in acciaio UNI EN10083/98
completamente lavorati e bassa rugosità, costruiti in modo tale
da far lavorare l'elemento elastico a compressione e NON a
taglio.
• Semplicità di montaggio e ingombri ridotti.
• Struttura in grado di supportare diverse tipologie di bloccaggio
(vedi figura sottostante).
• Sompletamente modulare in grado di essere accoppiato con
tutta la gamma dei dispositivi di sicurezza OMC.
• A richiesta, ACCIAIO INOX, ALLUMINIO e trattamenti
anticorrosivi con possibilità di applicare tecnologie innovative
per l'impiego nel settore alimentare e farmaceutico.
• Ottima soluzione ove ci sia l'esigenza di assorbire
disallineamenti importanti anche a velocità elevate e in ambienti
dove sia richiesta particolare silenziosità in particolar modo
adatto per il collegamento di turbine idrauliche, pompe
compressori, alternator...

GIUNTO A STELLA - ROW COUPLING
The new steel elastic coupling with low moment of inertia, is one of
the most important elements in power transmission between
engine and parts connected to it:
• Ideal to resolve the inevitable misalignments between
coaxial shafts: angular “a”, radial “K”, axial “X” acting
contemporaneously as shock-absorbers between the two
half couplings.
• Manufactured now in 10 different sizes able to transmit maximal
torques up to 7200 Nm and house shafts with a diameter up to
110 mm.
• Toothed half coupling made in steel UNI EN10083/98 completely
worked and low roughness, in this way it is the compression
elastic element that works and NOT the cut element.
• Easy to mount and reduced dimensions.
• Structure able to support different technology of locking (see
figure below).
• Completely modular able to be coupled with every safety device
OMC.
• On request, STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINIUM and anticorrosive
treatments.
• With the possibility to apply new technologies for its use in the
• Alimentary and pharmaceutical field.
• Optimal solution where there is the need to absorb important
misalignment also at high speeds and in environments where a
particular silentness is required in particular, suitable for the
connection of water turbines, compressor pumps, alternators...

Su richiesta vi è la possibilità di un giunto GAS in versione PR-V
costituito da un semigiunto forato e da un semigiunto con albero
per una trasmissione coassiale tra motore e riduttore con albero
cavo. Questa soluzione risulta idonea al fine di smorzare
vibrazioni di risonanza e allo stesso tempo compensa eventuali
disassamenti, mantenendo la medesima facilità di montaggio del
giunto GAS standard. Anche per questa versione sono disponibili
diverse tipologie di elementi elastici.
Il prodotto può essere fornito singolarmente o abbinato
all'apposito distanziale per l'inserimento fra motore e riduttore.

On request, there is the possibility to have a GAS coupling in
version PR-V made up of a holed half coupling with shaft for a
coaxial transmission between the engine and reducer with hollow
shaft. This solution is suitable to soften the resonance vibrations
and at the same time it compensates possible misalignments,
maintaining the same easy method of assembly for the standard
GAS coupling. Also for this version, we have different types of
elastic elements at your disposal. The product can be supplied
singularly or together with the suitable spacing bar to be inserted
between the engine and reducer.
