HOW DO PASSENGERS JOIN THE TOUR?
AlliedTPro provides pick up points as well as departure
times for all Escorted Tours. It is highly recommended to
arrive 15 minutes prior to the stated departure time. There
no exceptions to these locations.
CAN GUESTS PURCHASE ACCOMMODATION PRIOR TO
THE TOUR DEPARTURE OR AFTER THE TOUR ENDS?
AlliedTPro has protected a block of rooms at selected
hotels from which the tour starts and ends.
ARE TRIPLE AND QUAD ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes - triple as well as quadruple rooms are available.
However, these rooms will have two double beds.
Rollaways are subject to availability and additional cost,
payable locally. Rooms with an occupancy of 5 ore more
are not available for our Escorted Tours.
ARE TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE?
Unless specifically stated, transfers are not included in the
price of the Escorted Tours. These may be booked at an
additional cost. AlliedTPro must receive correct flight
information at least 10 days prior to arrival in order to
ensure this service.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE?
Continental breakfast is included on Highlights Tours.
American breakfast is included in our Conozca Tours. Half
board is included on our Pacchetto Italiano and Decouverte
Tours. No meals are included on any other tours. No meals
are included on any other tours.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE A SPECIFIC SEAT ON THE
COACH?
In fairness to all passengers, AlliedTPro has established a
seat rotation schedule during the course of the tours.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to honor requests.
WHAT ARE OPTIONAL TOURS?
Optional tours are excursions offered in order to enhance
the tour experience. A list of these tours will be included
in the tour documentation and can be booked with a tour
guide. AlliedTPro does not support any excursion that is
not part of the authorized list. The tour guides are not
responsible for reconfirming any tours bought prior to
arrival in the United States.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED?
Tips for drivers and guides are not included in the price of
the tours. AlliedTPro suggests the following amounts:
Drivers: $3 - $5 per person, per day
Guides: $4 - $6 per person, per day
Please remember that tipping should accurately reflect the
quality of service rendered.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE MAY GUESTS TAKE ON TOUR?
Tour prices include hotel porterage for one bag per person
only. Due to space limitations, AlliedTPro cannot guarantee
that extra bags will be permitted on the coach. If space
does permit however, there will be a $4 per bag per day
charge for each additional bag. This charge will be
collected at tour departure.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE ON TOURS?
AlliedTPro strongly recommends that children be a
minimum of 12 years old to participate on the Escorted
Tours. Bookings for children under the age of 8 will not be
accepted. On tours that overnight in Las Vegas, one person
per room must be a minimum of 21 years old. On all other
tours, one person per room must be a minimum of 18
years old.
CAN GUESTS BOOK CONNECTING ROOMS?
Connecting rooms can be requested but cannot be
guaranteed.
CAN GUESTS REQUEST SMOKING/NON SMOKING
ROOMS?
AlliedTPro will do all possible to honor these requests.
However, it cannot be guaranteed that a specific type of
room will be available. Many hotels in the U.S.A. and
Canada are 100% non-smoking.
WILL THERE BE ANY ITINERARY/HOTEL CHANGES?
AlliedTPro reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels
of similar or higher quality and reverse and/or modify the
itinerary. These changes will be advised to passenger’s
travel agent one month prior to the departure date.

WILL REFUNDS BE GRANTED FOR ANY UNUSED
PORTION OF THE TOUR?
Unfortunately, AlliedTPro is not able to refund any unused
portion of the tour.
WHAT HAPPENS IF GUESTS MISS THE DEPARTURE
DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS?
It will be the guest’s responsibility to join the tour if
their flight has been delayed or cancelled. AlliedTPro
will provide assistance. However, any additional charges
incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.
ARE GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES ACCEPTED ON TOURS?
AlliedTPro will do all possible to accommodate requests for
guests with disabilities but reservations cannot be
automatically confirmed as not all coaches are equipped to
accommodate wheelchairs and special arrangements will
need to be made. Guests needing assistance for personal
needs must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion.
Guests with disabilities wishing to book an escorted tour
should be aware that the coaches are not equipped with
lifts for wheelchairs. If a wheelchair is required, it needs to
be collapsible.
WHEN WILL THE HOTEL LIST BE AVAILABLE FOR
ESCORTED TOURS?
21 days before departure.
ARE THERE ANY VISA REQUIREMENTS?
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they have the
necessary documentation in order to enter the United States
as well as Canada. Certain nationalities may be required to
possess a visa for entry into Canada from the United States.
If guests do not have the necessary documentation they will
not be allowed entry into Canada and will be liable for any
additional costs incurred.
