We have been providing for many years the major Italian and European Clients in every segment
of the industrial activity, with high quality melting in Bronze, Bronze-Aluminium and Brass.
We are able to melt from few grams to 1.200 kgs., both on semiautomatic plant, and manual
moulding.
The economic solidity of the firm lead by Mr. Franco Toniolo assisted by his sons Ruggero and
Emanuele and Mr. Franco Barbero Commercial Manager, united to great Quality, to Service,
to Availability, to Competence, assure the Clients on the professional continuity for many years
to come, which is very important in the present panorama of the Italian bronze foundries.
Our turnover is in constant growth and it is insured by the fidelity of our Clients and Suppliers of
row materials, who are our first promoters in this continuous development.
This year, following the foreseen plan, the foundry will implement the investment to the furnace
plant by introducing two new average voltage electric furnaces, that will allow us a 30% increase
of our productive ability and to still improve the quality of the furnished product.
Within a short time the enlargement of the foundry is foreseen which will double the covered
area.

wir stellen Ihnen unsere Giesserei, Santa Caterina S.r.l., vor. Sie wurde im Jahr 1960 gegründet und ist in der
Herstellung aller Kupferlegierungen, Bronze, Messing, sowie in der Vorbereitung der Giessformen in roter Erde
und Kokille spezialisiert.
Seit mehr als 30 Jahren nach ihrer Gründung, und aufgrund der Erfahrung und das Engagement des Eigentümers,
Santa Caterina S.r.l. ist eine der besten europäischen Giessereien der Branche und hat nach Meinung der Kunden,
das Vertrauen und hohe Qualität als Lieferant verdient.
Seit Jahren liefern wir den wichtigsten italienischen und europäischen Kunden in jeder Branche der industriellen
Aktivität, mit hoher Qualität der Schmelzen in Bronze, Bronze/Aluminium und Messing.
Wir giessen Teile ab 0,350 kg. bis maximal 1.200 kg. netto, in halbautomatischer Einrichtung, sowie in Sand/Harz
und handgemacht.

Auch in diesem Jahr, wie schon seit langem geplant, hat die Giesserei eine Investition in zwei neue elektrische
Inductoterm Öfen in Halbfrequenz von 2.000 kg/h gemacht, was unsere Produktionskapazität um 30% steigert
und die Qualität unserer Produkte die wir unseren Kunden liefern, verbessert.
In Kürze haben wir vor, die Giesserei zu erweitern. Sie wird die bedeckte Baufläche verdoppeln.

Nous fournissons les principaux Clients italiens et européens depuis plusieurs années en chaque secteur de
l'activité industrielle, avec fusions de haute qualité en Bronze, Bronze/Aluminium et Cuivre.
Nous fondons de 0,350 grammes à 1.200 kg., soit sur installation semi-automatique, qu'en motte à la
main.
La solidité économique de l'usine guidée par Mr. Franco Toniolo et ses fils Ruggero et Emanuele et par Mr.
Franco Barbero, Directeur Commercial de quelques-unes entre les plus importantes fonderies européennes ,

Cette année aussi, en suivant le programme établi depuis longtemps, la fonderie a effectuée l '
investissement aux installations de fours en insérant deux nouveaux fours électriques à moyenne fréquence,
ce qui permettra d'augmenter de 30% notre capacité productive et d'améliorer encore plus la qualité des
produits.
En temps très proches est prévu l'agrandissement de la fonderie qui doublera la zone couverte.

producción de todas las aleaciones de cobre (cupro-aluminio) bronce, latón así como en la preparación
de moldes en tierra roja y coquilla.
Después de más de treinta años desde su fundación, gracias a la experiencia y a la dedicación de la

productiva y mejorar también la calidad del producto enviado a nuestros Clientes.
En breve está previsto la ampliación de la fundición, que duplicará su área cubierta.

E’ stata fondata nel 1960 specializzandosi via via nella produzione di tutte le leghe di rame (cupralluminio, bronzi,
ottone) e nella formatura in terra rossa e conchiglia. A più di trent’anni dalla sua fondazione, grazie all’esperienza ed alla
dedizione della Proprietà, Santa Caterina S.r.l. è classificata tra le migliori fonderie europee del settore, meritandosi

Da anni forniamo i principali Clienti italiani ed europei in ogni settore dell’attività industriale cui occorrano fusioni di alta
qualità fuse in Bronzo, Bronzo/Alluminio ed Ottone.
