Thanks to the experience of the previous MCWs, the common expenses (guides, busses, conference hall) have<br />

been based on the following:<br />

participation of 30 people minimum at all the events;<br />

participation of 60 people minimum at the conference day, that is Saturday, the 7 th of September.<br />

In case of last minute cancellation by some participants, the RC Beograd Centar should bear the part of<br />

common expenses uncovered. In order to mitigate this risk, an advance payment of € 100 (one hundred<br />

Euro) /person shall be paid within the 16 th of August, 2013. This amount is to be transferred to the bank<br />

account of the RC Beograd Centar which data are given in the following page. The rest of the amount due shall<br />

be paid cash at the arrival at Belgrade.<br />

No reimbursement shall be executed after the 16 th of August, 2013.<br />

Zahvaljujući iskustvu sa prethodnih MCW, opšti troškovi (koji podrazumevaju najam autobusa,<br />

konferencijske sale i vodiča) su bazirani na sledećem:<br />

Učešće minimum 30 osoba na svim događajima;<br />

Učešće minimum 60 osoba na Konferenciji u subotu, 7. septembra.<br />

U slučaju otkazivanja učešća u poslednjem trenutku, RK Beograd Centar će morati da snosi deo<br />

ukupnog iznosa opštih troškova. Da bi se umanjio ovaj rizik, potrebno je da učesnici do 16. avgusta<br />

2013. izvrše avansnu uplatu od 100 € (sto Eura) po osobi na račun RK Beograd Centar čiji su podaci dati<br />

u nastavku teksta. Ostatak od ukupnog iznosa se plaća u gotovini po dolasku u Beograd.<br />

Povraćaj uplaćenog novca se neće vršiti nakon 16. avgusta 2013.<br />
