Industrial Dyeing Systems

Gli impianti della serie TX010, TX015, TX020, TX080, 

TX150 e TX250, sono costruiti interamente in acciaio 

inox Aisi 304, inattaccabili quindi da qualsiasi prodotto 

normalmente utilizzato nei processi di tintura. 

Il riscaldamento dell’acqua nelle vasche avviene mediante 

bruciatori a gas con fiamme regolabili e proporzionate 

alle dimensioni dei cestelli, in modo da raggiungere 

in breve tempo la temperatura di esercizio. 

Sono disponibili anche le versioni con riscaldamento 

elettrico, ove l’acqua é riscaldata mediante resistenze 

elettriche termostatate. 

L’accensione delle fiamme é garantita da un innesco 

piezoelettrico e tutti i movimenti e le valvole sono 

azionate da componenti pneumatici. 

Per il movimento degli agitatori sono utilizzati sistemi 

di movimento alternato automatico brevettato; il movimento 

é tale da mantenere in sospensione il prodotto contenuto nel cestello, senza abbassare 

la temperatura del bagno, per un’ottimale uniformità nella tintura. 

Utilizzando l’impianto di soffiaggio (optional) posto all’interno della vasca è possibile migliorare 

ulteriormente il processo di tintura. Il sistema non richiede la presenza costante dell’operatore 

durante il procedimento. 

MOVIMENTAZIONE 

Il movimento alternato dei cestelli é combinato nei banchi che utilizzano i cestelli di maggiori 

dimensioni, ad un paranco a braccio 

di portata adeguata con sistema di 

sollevamento pneumatico, con area 

di lavoro sufficiente a caricare o scaricare 

i cestelli e/o portarli da una 

vasca all’altra per le successive fasi 

di lavorazione. Tale sistema permette 

di poter tingere grandi quantità di 

materiale in una unica operazione 

senza fatica per l’operatore. 

CAPACITA’ DI PRODUZIONE 

Le dimensioni ed il rapporto diametro/altezza 

dei cestelli è studiato per 

poter effettuare tinture su qualsiasi 

quantitativo di materiale: da pochi 

pezzi fino a circa 50 litri per bagno 

per l’impianto mod. TX080. 

Per tinture di grandi quantità in una 

unica soluzione, senza dover quindi 

ripetere la tintura in bagni successivi, 

é previsto l’impianto mod. TX250, 

che permette la tintura di oltre 150 

litri per bagno. 

FORNI DI ESSICCAZIONE 

I forni di essiccazione mod. FR050 e FR100 sono costruiti interamente in acciaio inox. Sono completi 

di quadro elettrico ed elettronico, con temporizzatore regolabile, termostato ed igrometro. 

La particolare forma costruttiva della camera del forno e l’elevata portata d’aria consentono una 

veloce essiccazione senza danneggiamenti del materiale. A richiesta i forni possono essere forniti 

di carrello inox completo di vassoi plastica forati. 

Il mod. FR100 é costruito in modo che possa contenere un pallet EURO di mm 1200 x 800. 

ACCESSORI A RICHIESTA 

Gli impianti per tintura possono essere completati da cestelli a settori, carrelli di movimentazione 

del prodotto, sistemi automatici di scuotimento dei cestelli, cappe di aspirazione, ecc. 

The dyeing machines mod. 

TX010, TX015, TX020, 

TX080, TX150 and TX250, 

are made entirely in stainless 

steel AISI 304, therefore 

they are unattachable from 

any usual used product in 

the various dyeing process. 

The water heating of the baths 

is effected by gas burners 

with adjustable flames. 

These flames are in proportion 

with the dimensions of 

the baskets, so that they reaching 

short time the exercise 

temperature. 

Are also available the electric 

heated versions, where the 

water heating is effected by 

an electrical resistance with 

thermostatic control. 

The ignition is granted by a 

primer piezometry and all 

movements and valves are 

started by pneumatic components. 

For the shaker’s 

movements an alternating 

automatic movements is 

used: this movement allows 

to keep suspended the product 

in the basket, without 

lower the water temperature, 

to obtain in this way the 

most even dye possible. Using the blowing system (optional) is possible to improve the dyeing 

process. The system does not require the workers presence during the procedure.

MOVEMENT 

The alternating movement of the baskets in the 

dyeing machines which use major dimension baskets 

is combined with an adjustable arm tackle outcome; 

the lifting of this outcome is done with a pneumatic 

system. There is the working area to load and unload 

the baskets and/or to carry them from one bath to an 

other and for all further works. 

This system allows to dye a big quantity of material in 

an unique operation and without any fatigue for the 

worker. 

PRODUCTION CAPACITY 

The dimension and the ratio height/diameter of the 

baskets are studied in a way that any quantity of material 

can be dyed: from a very few pieces, up to ca. 50 liters per bath for the mod. TX080. To 

dye big quantities in an unique solution without having to repeat the dying process in other baths, 

there is the mod. TX250, that allows the dyebath of more than 150 liters per dyebath. 

DRYING OVENS 

The drying ovens mod. FR050 and FR100 are made entirely in in stainless steel AISI 304. An 

electric and electronic panel is included, with electronic timer, electronic thermostat and higrometer. 

To optimize the drying process there are available stainless steel trolleys with holed plastic 

trays. The dimensions of model FR100 permit to contain an EURO pallet of mm 1200x800. 

ACCESSORIES 

The dyeing machines plant can be completed by sector baskets and by movement trolleys, automatic 

shaking systems, blower plant hood, etc.
