Vibropac, the glow plug removal tool
With the new direct injection diesel engines (common rail system), fitted
with rather long glow plugs, problems often occur when removing them,
resulting in huge repair costs.
Source of the problem:
- Corrosion between the plug thread and the cylinder head. This comes
from the use of different metals.
- Corrosion of the cylinder head caused by damp.
- Plugs dirty with soot from the combustion gases.
The revolutionary patented Vibropac M40 system provides a perfect solution
to the problem. Numerous tests conducted with this machine have
demonstrated that in 99.9% of cases the glow plug can be removed without
damage. The machine vibrates the glow plug, releasing it and withdrawing it
using a dynamometric key.

- Rußbildung an den Glühkerzen durch die Verbrennungsgase.

- La corrosione tra la filettatura delle candele e della testata. Ciò è dovuto
all’uso di metalli diversi.
- La corrosione della testata a causa dell’umidità.
- L’incrostazione della candela a causa della fuoriuscita dei gas della combustione.
