Luzerne è certificata ISO 9001. Il procedimento<br />
di produzione prevede una cottura del biscotto<br />
a bassa temperatura (circa 800°C), la smaltatura<br />
ad immersione e la secon<strong>da</strong> cottura ad alta<br />
temperatura (circa 1.400°C). Tutto ciò al fine di<br />
conferire alle superfici una maggiore resistenza<br />
