<strong>La</strong> presente Guida dell’utente <strong>PMI</strong> serve da orientamento generale per gli<br />
impren<strong>di</strong>tori nell’applicare la <strong>nuova</strong> <strong>definizione</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>PMI</strong>. Non ha valore<br />
legale e non vincola in alcun modo la Commissione.<br />
<strong>La</strong> raccomandazione della Commissione 2003/361/CE pubblicata sulla<br />
Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea L 124 del 20 maggio 2003, pag. 36,<br />
costituisce l’unico riferimento autentico per determinare le con<strong>di</strong>zioni<br />
relative alla qualifica <strong>di</strong> <strong>PMI</strong>.
