LA SRUTTURA 

Costruita in lamiera di acciaio di grosso spessore sagomata, piegata e saldata per ottenere una elevata resistenza 

nei punti di maggior sforzo. 

Il risultato e’ una struttura omogenea , indeformabile e di piacevole design estetico con caratteristiche uniche 

che la distinguono dagli altri sollevatori concorrenti. 

Queste caratteristiche permettono una verniciatura a polveri epossidiche con elevate proprieta’ meccaniche. 

THE STRUCTURE 

Built in thick steel sheet that is shaped, bended and welded to obtain high resistance when most strained. 

The result is a homogeneous, crushproof and very aesthetic structure with unique characteristics that differentiate it from all the other brands’ lifts. 

These features permits epoxy powder coating with high mechanical properties. 

LA ESTRUCTURA 

Construida en chapa de acero de groso espesor moldeada, plegada y soldada para obtener una elevada resistencia en los puntos de mayor esfuerzo. 

El resultado es una estructura homogénea, indeformable y de gran diseño estético con características únicas que la distinguen de otros elevadores

Estas características permiten un barnizado en polvos epoxídicos con elevadas propiedades mecánicas.

SOME FUNCTIONS OF THE LIFT 

■ Automatic alignment to the minimum height: in every descent, the lift automatically aligns the platforms.

ALGUNAS FUNCIONES DEL PUENTE 

■ Alineamiento automático a la mínima altura: En cada bajada, el puente provee automáticamente el alineamiento de las plataformas.

EINIGE FUNKTIONEN DER HEBEBÜHNE 

■ Automatische Synchronisierung in Mindesthöhe: Bei jedem Absenkvorgang vollzieht die Hebebühne automatisch die Gleichausrichtung der Fahrschienen. 

Die korrekte Funktionsweise lässt sich mit Hilfe der Anzeige am Steuerpult kontrollieren (FCD1 – FCD2 on). 

■ Automatische Einrast-Kontrolle der mechanischen Sicherungen: Zwei Laufstops kontrollieren die korrekte Stellung der Zähne und ermöglichen Blockierung 

oder Entriegelung der Sicherungen. Die korrekte Funktionsweise lässt sich mit Hilfe der Anzeige am Steuerpult kontrollieren (FC11 – FC12).

SAFETY AGAINST THE ACCIDENTAL MISALIGNMENT 

■ In case of accidental stop of one of the two platforms, a driven block valve stops the lift descent after 1-2 cm 

■ With the next raise manoeuvre, the lift will automatically realign 

EMERGENCY DESCENT 

■ In case of damage or lack of energy, it is possible to lower the platforms completely by activating the proper device 

OTROS DISPOSITIVOS DE SEGURIDAD CONTRA EL APLASTAMIENTO ACCIDENTAL DE LOS PIES 

■ Un fin de carrera de seguridad con apertura forzada, frena automáticamente el descenso del puente a una altura no peligrosa 

■ Una vez confirmada la ausencia de personas en las proximidades del puente, el operador puede completar el descenso oprimiendo el botón de finalización del descenso

■ En caso de frenado accidental de una de las dos plataformas, una válvula de bloqueo pilotada, frena el descenso del puente luego de 1-2 cm

■ En caso de problemas o falta de potencia, es posible bajar las plataformas accionando una válvula específicamente localizada para este fin

■ Ein Sicherheits-Laufstop mit Zwangsentriegelung bremst automatisch den Absenkvorgang der Hebebühne auf ungefährlicher Höhe 

■ Sobald sichergestellt ist, dass sich keine Personen im Bereich der Hebebühne aufhalten, kann der Anlagenbediener den Absenkvorgang mit Hilfe des “Vollständig 

senken”-Knopfes zu Ende bringen 

ENTGLEISUNGSSICHERUNG 

■ Bei unvorhergesehenem Stop einer der beiden Fahrschienen bremst ein ferngesteuertes Sperrventil den Absenkvorgang der Hebebühne nach 1-2 cm 

■ Beim nächsten Hebevorgang wird die Hebebühne automatisch wieder gleichgerichtet 

NOT-ABSENKEN 

■ Bei Problemen oder Unterbrechung der Energieversorgung können die Fahrschienen mit Hilfe eines speziell dafür eingebauten Ventils abgesenkt werden 

AUTRES DISPOSITIFS DE SÉCURITÉ 

SÉCURITÉ CONTRE L’ÉCRASEMENT ACCIDENTEL DES PIEDS 

■ Un mécanisme fin de course de sécurité en cas d’ouverture forcée stoppe automatiquement la descente du pont à une hauteur non dangereuse 

■ Après s’être assuré de l’absence de personnes à proximité du pont, l’opérateur peut achever la descente en appuyant sur le bouton de descente complète 

SÉCURITÉ CONTRE LE DÉSALIGNEMENT ACCIDENTEL 

■ En cas d’arrêt accidentel d’une des deux plates-formes, un clapet de blocage piloté stoppe la descente du pont après environ 1-2 cm 

■ Lors de la prochaine manœuvre de descente, le pont sera réaligné automatiquement 

DESCENTE D’URGENCE 

■ En cas de panne de courant, il est possible d’abaisser les plates-formes en utilisant le clapet approprié
