A film ofadhesive material is generated anddeposited on the back face of theticking and then a breathablemembrane is applied to the adhesivesurface. The composite materialcreated will pass through a calanderwere the adjustable compression ofthe cylinders will permanently gluetogether the ticking and themembrane.The idea of this productis to create a mattress ticking that isboth waterproof and washable up to 95 C° whilstmaintaining a product with a soft hand and a good surfacefeeling.
