By virtue <strong>of</strong> the authority vested in the Secretary <strong>of</strong> State, acting in conjunction<br />

with the Secretary <strong>of</strong> the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary<br />

<strong>of</strong> Commerce, the Board <strong>of</strong> Economic Warfare, and the Coordinator <strong>of</strong><br />

Inter-American Affairs, by Proclamation 2497 <strong>of</strong> the President <strong>of</strong> July 17,<br />

1941 (6 F.R. 3555), The Proclaimed List <strong>of</strong> Certain Blocked Nationals, Revision<br />

I <strong>of</strong> February 7, 1942, and Supplements 1, 2, 3, and 4 thereto (7 F.R.<br />

855, 1618, 2439, 2777, 3293), are superseded by the following Revision II<br />

<strong>of</strong> the List, which is hereby promulgated.<br />
