La gamma comprendeanche sistemi per il monitoraggio ambientale.Resinex supplies various products for anti-pollution systems: standard booms and barriers, easy-to-use booms, permanentbooms, inflateable booms, complete packages (barriers, buoys, absorbents, skimmers) and complete monitoring systems.Booms and barriersResinex produce quattro tipi di barriere standard: OSAper uso in acque protette, OSB (semi-permanenti) peruso in mare aperto, OSC (permanenti) per uso continuoed OSD (gonfiabili) per emergenza.Le barriere Resinex sono comunemente utizzate in operazionidi sbarramento, contenimento e raccolta di idrocarburi,rifiuti solidi galleggianti e alghe. Impiegateper la salvaguardia del mare, dei fiumi e dei laghi,sono costruite in PVC o PU rinforzato poliestere ad altaresistenza meccanica e chimica.La galleggiabilità è garantita da elementi in poliuretanoespanso o polietilene espanso inseriti in tasche saldate aultrasuoni. La stabilità è assicurata da una zavorra.Il tipo OSA si caratterizza per il sistema di galleggiamentoverticale ed è più indicato per applicazioni marinesotto costa e per fiumi e laghi.Il tipo OSB, grazie al sistema di galleggiamento orizzontale,assicura il contenimento anche in alto mare e in condizioniestreme, può essere utilizzata in emergenze ma anche inmodo semi-permanente. Le barriere vengono prodotte inspezzoni di lunghezza standard di 12 metri (OSB) e 24 metri(OSA), altre dimensioni possono essere realizzate ad hoc surichiesta del cliente. I singoli segmenti sono facilmentecollegabili tra loro grazie a chiusure rapide appositamentestudiate, in modo da ottenere la lunghezza complessivadesiderata. Quando è necessario, l’ancoraggio al fondaleavviene tramite ancore o corpi morti in calcestruzzo. Dopol’uso, le barriere Resinex possonoessere facilmente ripulitecon getti d’acqua/vaporea 80° C, oppure con specialidetergenti.Le barrieri permanenti (OSC)sono generalmente utilizzateper la protezione di camere diaspirazione o di uscita di grandiimpianti di desalinizzazioneo centrali elettriche. Sonocostruite con galleggianti inpolietilene lineare riempiti dipoliuretano espanso. La parteimmersa può essere in telopoliuretanico o in gomma,oppure, nel caso si voglia proteggeresolamente da rifiutigalleggianti, può essere utilizzatauna rete.Resinex manufactures four boom types: OSA to be usedin calm waters, OSB to be used in open sea, OSC permanentboom and OSD inflateable, for emergency.Resinex booms, OSA and OSB, are usually used for containmentand retrieval operations in cases of spillageof hydrocarbons, solid floating wastes, seaweed, microorganismetc. These booms, which are used in safeguardingof sea coasts, beaches, rivers and lakes are made ofPVC, or polyurethane with polyester reinforcement ofhigh mechanical and chemical resistance.Buoyancy is garanteed by expanded polyurethane elementswhich are inserted into ultra-sonic welded pocketswhile stability is ensured by a suitable ballast.OSA type booms are characterized by a vertical buoyancysystem and are therefore the best for protectedseacoasts, beaches, rivers and lakes.OSB type booms have horizontal buoyancy which canensure containment in open seas and with extremelyrough sea conditions.The booms are produced in standard lengths of 12meters (for OSB) and 24 meters (for OSA). Otherdimensions can be produced following the specificrequirements of users. Resinex has developed a quickconnecting device which enables the user to obtainwhatever specific length he requires.When necessary, the booms can be accurately positionedby attaching them either to concrete sinkersor anchors. After use,Resinex booms can easilybe cleaned by spraying withwater or steam at 80° C orwith special detergents.Resinex Booms permanenttype (OSC) are usually utilizedto protect in-takes orout-falls of Power stationsor other plants.Buoyancy is garanted bylinear polyethylene floatsfilled with polyurethanefoam.The draught can be in polyurethaneor rubber. In somecases a net can be used.Inflatable booms (OSD) aremanufactured in polyurethane.

Permanent boomsAll’estremo opposto della gamma, Resinex è specializzata nelle barriere per uso permantente: tipo OSP. It is the new necessity for those who work at sea (digging,dredging, etc.). It is the new Resinex Offshore Barrier with total top-to-bottom protection. It creates a total barrier fromthe sea surface to the sea bed and does not permit any polluted material to pass.The Resinex barrier is particularly suited to this type of operation thanks to its elevated horizontal floating capabilityon the surface of the water. This allows the barrier to easily support many metres of underwater skirt and, at the sametime, constantly follow the state of the sea till a force 3 condition.

Inoltre possono essere ospitati sistemiper il controllo costante delle maree e dei principali indicatori meteo-marini: correnti,vento, marea, misura delle onde, ecc.Le boe e le piattaforme per il controllo della salute del mare possono misurare inautomatico i principali parametri di qualità dell’acqua: temperatura, pH, conduttività,ossigeno disciolto, torbidità, ammoniaca, nitrati, nitriti e ortofosfati, effettuando contemporanementeuna correlazione automatica rispetto alla direzione ed alla velocitàdella corrente marina.Tutte le funzioni delle boe sono alimentate da pannelli solari e/o da generatori eolici. Isistemi di rilevazione posson essere configurati ed attivati attraverso l’uso di SMS (ShortMessage Service) usando la rete telefonica GSM. Al termine di ogni ciclo di analisi i datirilevati sono inviati automaticamente utilizzando, anche in questo caso, messaggi SMS. UnPC installato a terra raccoglie tutti i dati ricevuti in modo automatico.Resinex has a long experience in the sea environment monitoring. Resinex buoysand platforms can host complete systems for the analysis of the sea water and itstransmission on-shore. Systems for tide and for meteo-marine conditions control caneasily be positioned on Resinex platforms to constantly check the principal meteomarinedata: currents, wind speed, tides, wave measures, etc.Resinex buoys and platforms studied for the sea water monitoring can automaticallymeasure these principal water quality parameters: temperature, pH, conductivity,dissolved oxygen, turbidity, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, orthophosphate together withthe automatic correlation of current direction and speed measurements. The buoysand the platforms are powered by solar panels. The system can be fully configuredand managed using SMS (Short Message Service) utility of GSM wireless network.Measuring data are automatically sent after the end of each chemical analysisi usinga SMS too.
