La necessità da sempre presente in SIRAI di trovare adeguate soluzioni al proprio fabbisogno di bobine incapsulate per elettrovalvole è il fattore<br />
principale che ha determinato la nascita e lo sviluppo della Divisione DELTA. L'esperienza ed il know-how acquisiti nel contesto di questa realtà<br />
dinamica e di elevato livello qualitativo hanno successivamente portato DELTA a confrontarsi con le richieste del mercato.<br />

The continual need of SIRAI to find adequate solutions to its requirements of encapsulated coils for solenoid valves is the main reason which has<br />
determined the origin and development of the DELTA Division. The experience and know-how acquired in the context of this dynamic reality and the<br />
high qualitative level have successively led DELTA to keep up with market requests.<br />
BOBINE INCAPSULATE<br />

Le bobine di questa serie trovano naturale applicazione nel campo<br />
delle elettrovalvole per i più svariati settori.<br />
La gamma è composta da numerose tipologie, caratterizzate da<br />
differenti dimensioni, potenze, materiali e connessioni elettriche.<br />
Le versioni standard sono avvolte con filo in classe "H", impregnate<br />
sotto vuoto con resina poliestere, inglobate in tecnopolimero<br />
idoneo alla specifica classe del prodotto ed hanno un grado di<br />
protezione IP65.<br />
I numerosi modelli previsti a catalogo e la disponibilità a<br />
svilupparne di nuovi secondo particolari necessità, consentono<br />
soluzioni ottimali anche alle richieste più esigenti.<br />
The coils in this series have a natural application in the field of solenoid valves for the most varied sectors. The range is composed of numerous<br />
types, characterised by different dimensions, powers, materials and electrical connections. The standard versions are wound with an “H” class wire,<br />
vacuum impregnated with a polyester resin, encapsulated in thermoplastic materials according to the product class and have an IP65 protection<br />
degree. The numerous models shown in the catalogue and the availability of developing new ones according to specific requirements, allow<br />
optimum solutions for even the most complicated demands.<br />
ELETTROMAGNETI DI RITENUTA<br />
HOLDING SOLENOIDS<br />
Gli elettromagneti di ritenuta, progettati per funzionare in corrente<br />
continua, sono caratterizzati da un robusto corpo in acciaio<br />
zincato. La vasta gamma prevede diametri esterni che vanno da<br />
19mm a 70mm. Il range delle forze di ritenuta, che arrivano ad<br />
oltre 1.300N, rappresenta un dato ancor più rilevante<br />
considerando la possibilità di operare sempre con ED 100%.<br />
Le versioni standard, con isolamento in classe "F" ed avvolgimento<br />
con filo in classe "H" sono disponibili con connessioni elettriche a<br />
fili uscenti o ad innesto rapido.<br />
Le ancore snodate, previste come accessori in abbinamento a tutti i<br />
modelli, risultano estremamente pratiche e funzionali in svariate<br />
applicazioni: dalle porte tagliafuoco alle macchine per<br />
confezionamento.<br />
The holding solenoids, designed to operate in DC, are characterised by a rugged body in galvanised steel. The wide range of products allows for<br />
external diameters ranging from 19mm to 70mm. Holding force range goes up to 1.300N. This feature is even more relevant considering the<br />
possibility of continually operating at ED 100%.<br />
The standard versions, with “F” class insulation and “H” class wound wire, are available with flying leads or spade terminals electrical connections.<br />
The articulated anchorage plates available as accessories corresponding to all the models, are extremely practical and functional for several<br />
applications: from the fire doors to the packaging machinery.<br />

LINEAR SOLENOIDS<br />
Questi elettromagneti, grazie alla loro estrema affidabilità e<br />
versatilità, trovano impiego nelle più disparate applicazioni<br />
industriali in cui ci sia l'esigenza di un azionamento lineare.<br />
I modelli che compongono la serie, previsti con corpo in acciaio<br />
zincato o con bobine incapsulate, consentono un elevato numero<br />
di azionamenti orari e garantiscono un ciclo vitale estremamente<br />
lungo. Le versioni standard isolate in classe "F" ed avvolte con filo in<br />
classe "H", presentano connessioni elettriche con cavetti multifilari<br />
o con innesti rapidi.<br />
Esecuzioni personalizzate, ad esempio bistabili o con particolari<br />
trattamenti superficiali, completano la già ampia gamma di<br />
modelli a catalogo.<br />

Gli elettromagneti di blocco sono spesso impiegati in applicazioni in<br />
cui è di basilare importanza la sicurezza d'intervento in tutte le<br />
condizioni di lavoro. La produzione di DELTA è quindi improntata a<br />
scelte costruttive di semplicità e robustezza, che garantiscono la<br />
massima affidabilità ed efficacia. I modelli standard sono disponibili<br />
in tre differenti grandezze, hanno la molla di richiamo incorporata e<br />
sono realizzati con bobine incapsulate o con corpo in acciaio inox.<br />
Sono previsti modelli bistabili, che permettono di operare con<br />
bassissimi consumi di energia, ed esecuzioni con trattamenti<br />
superficiali speciali. Oltre ai modelli a catalogo, con isolamento in<br />
classe "F", avvolgimento in classe "H" e connessioni elettriche ad<br />
innesto rapido, si possono realizzare esecuzioni personalizzate che<br />
permettano di rispondere al meglio a richieste specifiche.<br />
