Replay è una gamma
di confezionatrici elettroniche costruite secondo le normative
europee CE, testate severamente nei nostri laboratori e
dotate di un certificato di collaudo singolo.
Le macchine sono gestite da un sistema elettronico completamente
innovativo che controlla il tempo di saldatura ed
evita i fumi causati dal surriscaldamento della lama,
denominato “saldatura intelligente”.
Le varie fasi della lavorazione possono essere gestite
attraverso un pannello di comandi digitali, tutti impostati
con microprocessore. Il polmone calore con resistenze
corazzate e termocoppia a controllo elettronico, di cui le
macchine sono dotate, permette di avere una retrazione
veloce (di media 1,5 secondi) e l’utilizzo di qualsiasi tipo
di film in poliolefinici e, naturalmente, in PVC.
Di serie le macchine sono provviste di un elettromagnete
che trattiene la campana per la retrazione. Tale opzione
è impostabile direttamente da scheda elettronica.
Disponibile in tre modelli, REPLAY 40, 55 e 85, nei colori
“cream” per la base e rosso per il piatto di confezionamento.
Replay represents a range of electronic packaging machines
manufactured according to CE normatives, strictly tested
in our laboratories and equipped with their own testing
certificate.
Machines are driven by a fully innovative electronic system
which controls the sealing time and avoids fumes caused
by blade overheating. This is the so-called “bright sealing
system”.
Working phases are driven through a digital control panel
and all commands are set through a microprocessor.
The heating chamber with armored heaters and electronic
controlled thermocouple allows a quick shrinking (average:
1,5 seconds). Also, the use of any polyolefine film is allowed,
including PVC.
The machine is equipped with a magnet to hold the hood
during shrinkwrapping. Such an option can be set directly
on the board.
The machine is available in three models, REPLAY 40, 55,
85; bodywork into cream colour and red packaging plate.
