Forte dell’esperienza ultraventennale, maturata<br />
nel settore artigianale dal suo fondatore Sig.<br />
Cascone Tullio, la Stabia Alluminio è riuscita<br />
subito a conquistare un posto di rilievo nel<br />
mercato del centro-sud italiano. Elemento<br />
fondamentale e caratterizzante, fin dall’inizio<br />
dell’attività, è stato quello di salvaguardare<br />
innanzitutto la qualità dei prodotti offerti,<br />
arrivando così alla realizzazione, nel 2001, del<br />
sistema alluminio-legno “ELIOSWOOD”<br />
progettato e realizzato completamente<br />
all’interno dell’azienda, avvalendosi della<br />
collaborazione di primarie aziende nazionali ed<br />
internazionali, per quanto riguarda l’estrusione<br />
dell’alluminio, la trafila dei profili in legno e la<br />
composizione della ferramenta perimetrale,<br />
facendo sì che tale sistema sia oggi tra i più<br />
completi ed affidabili nel proprio settore.<br />
A metà del 2014 la Stabia Alluminio ha<br />
implementato la propria produzione con il<br />
nuovo sistema Pvc-Legno, anch’esso progettato<br />
e realizzato all’interno dell’azienda con la<br />
collaborazione di partnership nazionali ed<br />
internazionali. Il nuovo sistema Pvc-Legno<br />
prevede di serie, su finestre e balconi,<br />
ferramenta SIEGENIA con funzionalità e<br />
sicurezza di base fino ad una classe di<br />
antieffrazione WK2 (CR 2).<br />
Twenty strong experience, gained in the craft sector by its<br />
founder Mr Cascone Tullio, Stabia Alluminio has achieved a<br />
prominent place in the Central and Southern Italian market.<br />
From the beginning it was foundamental and characteristic<br />
the preservation of the products quality, thus arriving to the<br />
realization, in 2001, of the system aluminum-wood<br />
"ELIOSWOOD" designed and built completely inside the<br />
company, with the collaboration of leading national and<br />
international companies, with respect to aluminum extrusion,<br />
the die of the wooden profiles and the composition of the<br />
perimeter hardware, ensuring that the system is now among<br />
the most comprehensive and reliable in their sector.<br />
In mid-2014, the Stabia Aluminum has implemented its own<br />
production with the new PVC-Wood, also designed and built<br />
in-house with the help of national and international<br />
partnerships. The new PVC-Wood plans to set up windows<br />
and balconies, hardware SIEGENIA with functionality and<br />
basic security up to a class of burglary WK2 (CR 2).<br />

Il serramento ELIOSWOOD nasce dall’unione di<br />
due materiali storicamente impiegati per la<br />
costruzione di infissi. La finestra ELIOSWOOD,<br />
nei suoi sistemi Alluminio-Legno e Pvc-Legno,<br />
esprime sintesi perfetta tra naturalità del legno,<br />
adattabilità del PVC e stabilità dell’alluminio.<br />
Nello specifico, il legno utilizzato nella parte<br />
interna dell’infisso, arricchisce l’ambiente con la<br />
propria bellezza offrendo la possibilità di<br />
abbinare l’ampia gamma di essenze e colori,<br />
dando armonia con gli arredi della propria<br />
abitazione. Il PVC e l’alluminio, impiegati nel lato<br />
esterno dell’infisso, garantiscono un elevato<br />
comfort abitativo grazie alla totale assenza di<br />
manutenzioni accrescendo, al tempo stesso,<br />

ELIOSWOOD is a combination of two materials historically<br />
used for the construction of fixtures. ELIOSWOOD’s window,<br />
in its systems aluminum-wood and Pvc-wood, expresses<br />
perfect synthesis of natural wood, PVC adaptability and<br />
stability of aluminum.<br />
In particular, the wood used in the interior part of the fixture,<br />
enriches the environment with its beauty by offering the<br />
possibility to combine the wide range of wood species and<br />
colors, giving a sense of harmony with the furnitureof your<br />
home.<br />
PVC and aluminum, used on the outer side of the frame,<br />
ensuring a high level of comfort thanks to the absence of<br />
maintenance and increasing, at the same time, incomparable<br />
thermal and acoustic performances. The collection of these<br />

Nei serramenti Alluminio-Legno del Sistema<br />
ELIOSWOOD sono utilizzati esclusivamente<br />
legni massello di prima scelta e di varie essenze;<br />
essi vengono pretrattati con impregnanti<br />
protettivi contro funghi e muffe che li rendono<br />
perfetti e inalterabili nel tempo. Le essenze<br />
sono: Ciliegio, Rovere, Frassino, Toulipier, sia<br />
naturali che tinte. L’alluminio è in lega AA6060<br />
tempera T5 ed il taglio termico è ottenuto<br />
tramite l’inserimento di barrette in poliammide<br />
con il 25% di fibre di vetro e rullatura a pressione<br />
dei due semiprofili, dotati questi ultimi di<br />
dentelli zigrinati per dare garanzia allo<br />
scorrimento longitudinale e consentendone la<br />
giusta rigidità.<br />
Le operazioni di tinteggiatura effettuate sui<br />
nostri prodotti, nello specifico sulla parte interna<br />
del serramento, per quanto riguarda i sistemi<br />
Alluminio-Legno e PVC-Legno, sono eseguite<br />
con vernici impregnanti, sottofondo in<br />
poliestere, antimuffe, antitarlo e mani di finitura<br />
trasparente.<br />
ELIOSWOOD<br />
In Aluminum-wood windows and doors are used exclusively<br />
ELIOSWOOD solid woods of choice and of various species;<br />
they are pre-treated with impregnating protective against<br />
mildews and molds that make them perfect and unalterable.<br />
The essences are: Cherry, Oak, Ash, Toulipier, both natural and<br />
dyed. The aluminum alloy AA6060 hardening T5 and the<br />
thermal cut is obtained through the insertion of little bars<br />
polyamide with 25% glass fibers and the rolling pressure of<br />
the two profile, with the latter with teeth knurled to give<br />
assurance to the sliding longitudinal and allowing the right<br />
rigidity.<br />
The painting operations carried out on our products, in<br />
particular on the inside of the window frame, as regards the<br />
systems Aluminum-Wood and PVC-Wood, are carried out<br />
with impregnating varnishes, the substrate polyester,<br />
anti-mold, woodworm and finishing transparent coats.<br />

colorato, antimuffa e antitarlo, con sistema<br />
flow-coating e più mani di finitura trasparente.<br />
Tutte le vernici impiegate sono a basso impatto<br />

proprie realizzazioni e produzioni, di materiali<br />
altamente all’avanguardia atti al rispetto di<br />
quanto richiesto dalla Comunità Europea in<br />
materia di norme ed ambiente.<br />
L’intera gamma di prodotti delle Stabia<br />
Alluminio possiede tutti i requisiti volti al<br />
soddisfacimento delle normative vigenti, e sono<br />
stati certificati presso gli istituti di verifica PFB<br />
PRÜFZENTRUM FÜR BAUELEMENTE, D-83071<br />
e stedil Roma. In ambito normativo, l’etichetta<br />
CE dell’infisso (applicabile sul serramento,<br />
sull’imballo, o come foglio di<br />
accompagnamento) riporta i dati del produttore<br />
e le caratteristiche prestazionali del prodotto,<br />
come da norma EN 14351-1 e quindi attesta che<br />
il prodotto finito risponde a specifici requisiti e<br />
fornisce determinate prestazioni<br />
dichiarate.<br />

marcatura CE è la dichiarazione di conformità ai<br />
livelli minimi prestazionali dichiarati dal<br />
