To speed up defrosting of food. Place food on
the middle shelf. Leave food in its packaging to
prevent it from drying out on the outside.
• WARM KEEPING
For keeping just-cooked food hot and crisp.
• RISING
For optimal proving of sweet or savoury dough.
To maintain the quality of proving, do not activate
the function if the oven is still hot following a
cooking cycle.
• ECO FORCED AIR
For cooking stuffed roasting joints and fillets of
meat on a single shelf. Food is prevented from
drying out excessively by gentle, intermittent air
circulation. When this ECO function is in use, the
light will remain switched off during cooking.
To use the ECO cycle and therefore optimise
power consumption, the oven door should not be
opened until the food is completely cooked.
CONVENTIONAL
To cook any kind of dish on one shelf only. Use
the 3rd level. To bake pizzas, savoury pies and cakes
with liquid fillings use the 1st or 2nd level. Preheat
the oven before placing food inside.
CONVECTION BAKE
To cook meat and pies with liquid filling
(savoury or sweet) on a single shelf. Use the 3rd shelf.
Preheat the oven before cooking.
FORCED AIR
To cook a variety of food requiring the same
cooking temperature on two shelves at the same
time (e.g.: fish, vegetables, cakes). This function
can be used to cook different foods without odours
being transferred from one food to another. Use the
2nd shelf to cook on one shelf only. To cook on two
shelves, use the 1st and 4th levels after preheating
the oven.
GRILL
For grilling steaks, kebabs and sausages,
cooking vegetables au gratin or toasting bread. When
grilling meat, we recommend using a drip tray to
collect the cooking juices: Position the tray on any
of the levels below the wire shelf and add 500 ml of
drinking water.
For roasting large joints of meat (legs, roast beef,
chicken). We recommend using a drip tray to
collect the cooking juices: Position the pan on any
of the levels below the wire shelf and add 500 ml
used with this function.
and pizza. This function has two programmes with
predefined settings. Just indicate the required
values (temperature and time) and the oven will
automatically manage the optimum cooking cycle.
Place the dough on the 2nd shelf after preheating the
oven.
using the quicker cycle at regular intervals and the
complete cycle only when the oven is heavily soiled.
FAST PREHEATING
To preheat the oven rapidly
