We have been active on the market since
1968 under the brand Plastivalle. We
design, develop and blow containers of
various plastic materials (HDPE PETG PVC
PETG PET). Thanks to our skilled workforce
and our technicians’ experience, we
provide innovative projects and products
which meet the needs of a demanding
clientele, in compliance with the adopted
ISO certification.
The spirit of cooperation and the exchange
of technical and commercial knowledge
which permeates the relationship with our

Our offer of items includes containers of
various capacity, ranging from a minimum
of 25cc up to 120 litres. The variety of
fields of application, the approved product
lines and the internal screen printing service
up to 6 colours contribute to position
our company as national market leader.
To expand our offer, we have equipped
ourselves with a “white room” where we
produce, in a controlled environment, all
the items aimed at the food and pharmaceutical
sectors.
On customer’s request we can study tailor-made
solutions, from the design phase
to the implementation of the moulds, providing
containers of all shapes and sizes,
suitable for every need.
We pay special attention to the protection
of the environment, therefore, in addition
to the standard materials available on the
market, we use recycled raw materials totally
coming from post-consumer recovery,
always ensuring a high level of quality.

TANICHE
Le taniche utilizzabili in ogni settore sono prodotte con la
tecnologia dell’estrusione-soffiaggio (blow-moulding), impiegando
polietilene HDPE ad alto peso molecolare HMW.
Gli impianti di soffiaggio di ultima generazione, corredati
da sistemi di controllo radiale e assiale degli spessori
P.W.D.S. e S.F.D.R. garantiscono l’assoluta omogeneità
dei contenitori.
Il disegno complementare tra fondo e testa delle taniche
e l’ottimizzazione delle misure permettono un perfetto
impilamento e il miglior sfruttamento delle superfici
d’appoggio dei bancali comunemente impiegati.
I nostri progetti sono attenti ai dettagli.
Prevedono maniglie soffiate e pinzate, posizione ottimale
del bocchello e fondi con cavità di presa per lo svuotamento,
accessori come tappi con guarnizione, sigilli di
garanzia ed eventuali valvole di sfiato in PTFE, rubinetti
erogatori, sottotappi e chiavi di serraggio.
Tutte le nostre taniche sono omologate per il trasporto
di prodotti liquidi pericolosi secondo la normativa ONU
e le regolamentazioni stradali e ferroviarie (ADR-RID),
oltre che per i trasporti marittimi, fluviali (IMDG-ADNR) e
aerei (DOC-OACI).
Ogni tanica è personalizzabile con i colori e i marchi a
rilievo del Cliente.
Sono disponibili taniche da 1 a 25 litri.
JERRY CANS
Jerry cans, usable in each sector, are produced with
the blow-moulding technology, by using HDPE high
molecular mass polyethylene HMW.
Our state-of-the-art blow-moulding machineries,
accompanied by P.W.D.S. and S.F.D.R. thickness
radial-axial monitoring systems, ensure the absolute
homogeneity of the containers.
The complementary design between the top and the
bottom of the tanks and measures optimisation allow a
perfect stacking and a better utilization of pallet storage
space commonly used.
Our projects are attentive to details.
They provide blown and clamped handles, an optimal
position of the nozzle, bottom with outlet cavity for the
emptying, accessories like taps with seal, guarantee seals
and PTFE relief valves, dispenser caps, undercaps
and tightening keys.
All our jerry cans are endorsed for the transport of hazardous
liquid products in accordance with UN legislation
and road and railway regulations (ADR-RID), as well
as for maritime, river (IMDG-ADNR) and air transports
(DOC-OACI).
Each jerry can can be customised customer’s colours
and embossed trademarks.
Jerry cans from 1 to 25 litres are available.
