NUCLEO MAGNETICO<br />

MAGNETIC CORE<br />

Costruito con lamier<strong>in</strong>o di ferro silicio a orientati, isolati con<br />

canlyte, tagliato <strong>in</strong> figure per una impag<strong>in</strong>atura a 45° a tre<br />

colonne verticali.<br />

Tagli e montaggio figure eseguito con speciali attrezzature<br />

atte a ridurre al m<strong>in</strong>imo le perdite di lavorazione.<br />

Colonne bloccate con legature di nastro termorestr<strong>in</strong>gente,<br />

gioghi serrati con armature metalliche isolate da lamier<strong>in</strong>i e<br />

idonee ad un serraggio corretto degli avvolgimenti sia <strong>in</strong> BT<br />

che <strong>in</strong> AT.<br />

A nucleo montato viene eseguita una doppia<br />

verniciatura superficiale, <strong>in</strong> modo da garantire una<br />

protezione anche <strong>in</strong> ambienti particolarmente<br />

aggressivi ed ottenere, <strong>in</strong> esercizio, una sensibile<br />

riduzione del rumore.<br />

L.V. WINDINGS<br />

Costruiti con conduttore <strong>in</strong> nastro di allum<strong>in</strong>io (NORME UNI<br />

4507) con spigoli raccordati, isolato con film speciale laccato<br />

<strong>in</strong> res<strong>in</strong>a.<br />

Le bob<strong>in</strong>e vengono realizzate avvolgendo spira e estremità ,<br />

con avvolgitrici semiautomatiche <strong>in</strong> modo da ottenere un<br />

<strong>in</strong>sieme compatto ad alto standard qualitativo e tale da<br />

resistere senza rischi alle forze di compressione radiali di<br />

corto circuito.<br />

Una succesiva res<strong>in</strong>atura realizzata sotto vuoto e seguita da<br />

trattamento di <strong>in</strong>durimento <strong>in</strong> forno garantisce nel tempo<br />

l'avvolgimento da <strong>in</strong>filtrazioni di umidità.<br />

I term<strong>in</strong>ali per i colllegamenti ai cavi o conduttori sbarre ,<br />

opportunamente sagomati e saldati durante l'avvolgitura,<br />

sono costituiti da piatto conduttore con superficie rame<br />

elettrolitico.<br />

Cut and assembly core are executed with special equipment<br />

to reduce works losses.<br />

The column are locked with shr<strong>in</strong>g strips ;the yokes are<br />

toghtened with metallic armatures wich are <strong>in</strong>sulated from<br />

the lam<strong>in</strong>ation and suitable for a correct tighten<strong>in</strong>g of both<br />

LV and HV w<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

After the core assembly, an double surface pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g is<br />

carried out so as guarantee protection even from<br />

chemically aggresive substances present <strong>in</strong> the<br />

atmospheres and to obta<strong>in</strong>, <strong>in</strong> exercise, a considerable<br />

noise reduction.<br />

They are made of a allum<strong>in</strong>ium conductor ( UNI 4507<br />

STANDARD ) with rounded edges, <strong>in</strong>sulated with a special<br />

res<strong>in</strong>-enalulled film.<br />

The coils are made by w<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g simultaneosly the conductor<br />

tape , the turn and the end <strong>in</strong>sulator with semiautomatic<br />

w<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g mach<strong>in</strong>es <strong>in</strong> order to obta<strong>in</strong> a high quality compact<br />

assembly of resist<strong>in</strong>g short circuit radial compression forces<br />

without any risk.<br />

A subsequent vacuum res<strong>in</strong> treatment followed by an over<br />

harden<strong>in</strong>g treatment guarantees a permanent protection of<br />

the w<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g from moisture <strong>in</strong>fration.<br />

The term<strong>in</strong>als for the connections to cables or bus-bars are<br />

oppurtnely moulded and welded dur<strong>in</strong>g the w<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g<br />

operation; they consist of a conductor plate with electrolyte<br />

copper surface.<br />
