Rewards - Compensation and Benefits Actual benefits structure NEARSHORE PORTUGAL - Tendências na gestão de talento Analyzing the current benefits structure of the Nearshore sector in Portugal, we observe that most companies have invested in meal subsidy (96%), health insurance (91%) and flexible benefits plan (67%). Personal accident insurance ranks fourth (62%), followed by life insurance (45%). However, for companies that haven’t yet done so, the short-term implementation of benefits such as: • Flexible benefit plans (16%); • Pension plans (11%); • Gym and transportation allowance (9%).
