Notebooks & Netbooks IFA 2011 International Keynotes from Toshiba & Electrolux IFA Opening International Keynote to be delivered by Toshiba CEO Masaaki Osumi; Electrolux’s Keith McLoughlin to deliver his first keynote since becoming CEO Masaaki Osumi, Executive officer of Toshiba, will deliver the Opening International Keynote at IFA 2011 on 2 nd September. The keynote by Osumi opens IFA 2011 at 9:45 am on 2 nd September. The IFA International Keynote program continues on 2 nd September at 3 pm with Keith McLoughlin, who became president and chief executive officer of Electrolux in January 2011. In 2007, he rose to the position of Deputy VP of the TV division, Digital Media Network Company, in June 2008, he was named Vice President, TV Division, Digital Media Network Company and in June 2009, as Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President, President & CEO, Digital Media Network Company, Vice President, TV Division. Finally in April 2011, Osumi-San was named Executive Officer, Corporate Senior Vice President, President & CEO, Digital Products & Services Company 02 September International Keynote Area Hall 6.3 15:00 > 15:45 Most recently McLoughlin was responsible for R&D, Manufacturing and Purchasing for Electrolux Major Appliances. He joined Electrolux in March 2003 as head of Major Appliances North America. Between 2004 and 2007, he also served as head of Major Appliances Latin America. Prior to joining Electrolux, McLoughlin enjoyed a 22-year career at the DuPont Corporation. From 1981 to 2003, he held several senior management positions at the company, leading consumer-brand businesses such as Tyvek, Corian and Stainmaster. McLoughlin concluded his tenure at DuPont as Vice President and General Manager of DuPont Nonwovens.
