Product Trends AEG-Electrolux: Bringing Design Into the Kitchen With ranges of laundry, dishwashing, cooking, cooling and cleaning products on show at IFA this year, there will be plenty to see at the AEG Electrolux stand. Here is a pre-taste of some of the highlights… Norbert Behringer, Head of product line management - built in appliances for Central Europe We are seeing a lot of new trends in the kitchen manufacturer side and new wishes from the consumers. The trends are all about design, glass, colours, and illuminations. From consumers, they want more design-oriented appliances that are also functional and individualistic. With our new Crystal Line, we think we fulfilled all these new trends and wishes. This new line is made up of induction hobs. Then there is our innovative MaxiSense range, an induction wok, and a Teppanyaki grill. The other induction hob is our 3D hobs. The great thing about them is that you can adjust the hobs at different levels and they have a ProFrame design in metal or glass. With these new products, we would like to show the retailers that our products are perfect for new kitchens because of the design factor and individualism. These products are not only functional, but are also beautiful. And we can’t wait to bring this message to IFA. Ingo Woda - Small Home Appliances - Central Europe We have a new breakfast range in stainless steel, which is a big trend this year. We not only have the premium line, but we also have in plastic version that you will see for small appliances. When it comes to floor care, we will be showing new redesigned Rapido range with new colours. IFA has always been important as this is an international fair to meet our clients and consumers. AEG is a full line supplier of every kind of appliances and they can rely us for design and functionality.
