Chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo Gonzáles have marked the tenth anniversary of this remarkable blend of culinary creativity and showmanship by collaborating with Antonyo Marest at the Hard Rock Hotel, Ibiza. The Spanish artist Marest has created a large-format work that mirrors both his own – and the Sublimotion team’s – Mediterranean language and multicultural origins.
