SUITE LEASE PROCESS AND OPTIONSAs a suite holder, you have the first option to renew your contract. Wewill therefore only market this suite to our waiting list and potential ownersshould you not renew.CONTRACT DURATIONAs the proud owner of a Loftus Versfeld suite, you know that the view fromthis suite is second to none and is therefore an extremely-sought afteroption. Due to the popularity and demand for Gold Suites the contractduration options are for three or five year periods.PAYMENT TERMSPayment terms remain unchanged, either (i) 3 or 5 annual payments, or(ii) a once-off full advance payment saving the annual escalation.SUITE PRICEWe have standardised suite prices in order to ensure that all suite ownersare paying the same price for the same grade of suite (Platinum, Gold,and Silver).
