Art.4 PERMANENTIE/ Art. 4 RACE HEADQUARTERS
• De permanentie, op zondag 22 april 2012, vindt plaats in het VMS te Roeselare,
Arme-Klarenstraat 40. De permanentie is geopend vanaf 9.00 u tot 19.00 u.
• De ploegen worden verwacht de rugnummers en de nodige documenten op te halen tussen 11.00 u en
13.00 u.
• De vergadering van de ploegleiders, volgens het UCI reglement 1.2.087, en het college van
wedstrijdcommissarissen is gepland om 12 u in een leslokaal van het VMS Roeselare.
• The permanence, Sunday 22 april 2012, will be opened at the VMS Roeselare,
Arme-Klarenstraat 40, 8800 Roeselare. The permanence is opened from 9h00 till 19h00.
• The teams are expected to collect their race numbers and documents from 11h00 till 13h00.
• The meeting of the teams, conform the UCI rules 1.2.087 and the college of race commissioners is
planned at 12h in a room at the VMS.
Art.5 RADIO-TOUR/ Art. 5 RADIO TOUR
• De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden via radio-tour op frequentie 162.890 Mhz.
• De telecommunicatieapparatuur voor de wagens van de koerscommissarissen, koersdirecteur, pers en
genodigden, wordt ter beschikking gesteld van de K.B.W.B.
• The race is broadcasted by radio tour on the frequency 162.890 Mhz.
• The radios for the cars of the race commissioners, the race director press and guests will be delivered
by the Belgian Cycling Federation.
Art.6 NEUTRALE MATERIAALWAGENS/ Art. 6 NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Er zijn 3 neutrale wagens ter beschikking van de firma Jowan.
• There are 3 neutral cars for support from the company Jowan.
Art.7 VEILIGHEID/ Art. 7 SECURITY
• De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en federale politie
onmiddellijk op te volgen.
• De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomstlijn dienen de reglementaire kazuifel te dragen.
• All participators & authorized followers are obligated to obey immediately to instructions given by the
officials and by the Federal Police
• The press photographers on the bike and at the arrival must wear a legal chasuble
Art.8 STARTCONTROLE/ Art.8 START CONTROL
• Ieder deelnemend renners is verplicht eigenhandig het controleblad te tekenen op zondag 22 april 2012
tijdens de voorstelling op het podium op de
Grote Markt te Roeselare, tussen 13.00u en 14.00u. Het dubbele rugnummer en het kaderplaatje zijn
verplicht te gebruiken.
• Iedere renner is verplicht zich aan de officieuze startlijn, Grote Markt, op te stellen en vandaar de start
te nemen.
• Every participating rider is obliged to sign the control sheet on the podium, Sunday 22th April 2012 on
the Big Market at Roeselare, between 13.00h and 14.00h. The double race numbers and the frame
number are obliged to use.
• Every rider is obliged to line up at the officious starting grid, big market, and take the start from there.
Art.9 KLASSEMENT/ Art.9 CLASSIFICATION
• Het volgende klassement telt: het individueel klassement volgens tijd.
