• Manage multiple customer´s projects requirements (supply chain and IT), from different countries around the world, in order to attend

the expectations at the right service level and quality.

• As Neogrid is a company that is growing up very fast in the international market I am also responsible for improving the business model

and product quality in order to have the best process and product to offer and implement, feedbacking Neogrid internal process, product

and people and always looking for the customer satisfaction, adding value to their supply chain process.

• Coordinate a multifunctional team based on different countries and cultures through the successful implementation of the Neogrid tool.

• Align culture differences between European customers and Brazilian company still new in the international market.

• Ensure the successful completion of quality product and solution implementations utilizing strong leadership, project and resource

• Develop and follow-up the project timelines utilizing the standard implementation documentation, ensuring completion of projects on

time and on budget.

• Execute the project plan driving internal and external customers to develop agreed upon delivery dates.

• Responsible for issue recognition, identification, escalation and application of appropriate resources necessary to resolve issues, status

reporting and overall management of problems through resolution.

• Leader of root cause identification and process improvement for international projects implementation.

• Provide status reports to customers, management team and internal staff.

• Proficient in collaboration, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, and facilitation of significant projects.

• Supply Chain Specialist: conducting AS IS analysis of business-related process, working with clients to create a list of requirements

for the TO BE solution, designing new solutions and new capabilities based on these requirements, implementing process and IT

solutions for Supply Chain and delivering the project to support area.

• Project Manager: According the new design, build a project in terms of resources, time, scope, deliverables, metrics and execution. In

a collaborative view, control the activities, resources, time and constraints through formal rituals and meetings involving the customer

PROJECT MANAGER LEADER – DEMAND PLANNING CONSULTANT – 2011/2017

Project implementation to the several franchises of the Boticario Group. Follow-up and problems resolution directly related to the supply chain

for retail and direct sales channels. Received the prize of “Employee Premium Talent” between 2014 and 2015. As result, received scholarship

for post-graduation in Logistics Engineer and the course for the APICS CPIM/MPR. Executed training sessions for the whole franchise network

and group’s employees focusing on Stock Management, Demand Management, Collaboration and Beer Game. Constantly providing specialist

consultancy for the several group’s projects acting in the whole production chain to enhance it and focusing on the franchise performance.

Responsible for the functional and business teams, as well as IT and vendor teams using management methodologies as PMP, SCRUM and

AGILE. Generation of periodic business reports to the group’s stakeholders and board members.

• 2011 / 2014 – Project to implement the Collaborative Planning Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) for the “O Boticario” retail

stores/franchises. Ingress of initial 62 franchises (representing 40% NET group’s income), generating savings of R$ 68mi for
