• Manage multiple customer´s projects requirements (supply chain and IT), from different countries around the world, in order to attend
the expectations at the right service level and quality.
• As Neogrid is a company that is growing up very fast in the international market I am also responsible for improving the business model
and product quality in order to have the best process and product to offer and implement, feedbacking Neogrid internal process, product
and people and always looking for the customer satisfaction, adding value to their supply chain process.
• Coordinate a multifunctional team based on different countries and cultures through the successful implementation of the Neogrid tool.

• Develop and follow-up the project timelines utilizing the standard implementation documentation, ensuring completion of projects on
time and on budget.
• Execute the project plan driving internal and external customers to develop agreed upon delivery dates.
• Responsible for issue recognition, identification, escalation and application of appropriate resources necessary to resolve issues, status
reporting and overall management of problems through resolution.
• Leader of root cause identification and process improvement for international projects implementation.
• Provide status reports to customers, management team and internal staff.
• Proficient in collaboration, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, and facilitation of significant projects.

Project implementation to the several franchises of the Boticario Group. Follow-up and problems resolution directly related to the supply chain
for retail and direct sales channels. Received the prize of “Employee Premium Talent” between 2014 and 2015. As result, received scholarship
for post-graduation in Logistics Engineer and the course for the APICS CPIM/MPR. Executed training sessions for the whole franchise network
