Mounting Instruction
MIC 60 1+1
1. Mount the valve unit (1) as shown in the diagram.
2. Install the high pressure hoses according to the instruction packed together with the high pressure hoses.
IMPORTANT!
Do not assemble without the gaskets. All washers are included when you order a complete manifold.
Tighten all connections. Check all connections with TL4 leak detection spray.
NOTICE!
Use screws and bolts of stainless steel when mounting valve unit, connecting pipes, and cylinder brackets.
MIC 60 2+2
1. Mount the valve unit (1) as shown in the diagram.
2. Fit the coupling pipe (2) to the high pressure filter (3).
3. Fit the shut-off valves (5) to the connecting pipes (4). Remove the high pressure filter (A) from valve (B), this
provides access to the upper hole of the bracket (G). Note! Use the spanner on the upper hexagon. Fit the adaptor
(D) to the inlet connection (E) on the connecting pipe (6). Fit the shut-off valve (B) to the connecting pipe
with the help of the coupling nut (F). To ensure correct location of the gasket between adaptor (D) and shut-off
valve (B), turn the connecting pipe with the adaptor faced upwards and place the gasket on to the adaptor. Attach
the coupling nut (F) and turn it 1-2 turns. Assemble the valve with the coupling nut and tighten the valve
until it meets the gasket. Do not assemble without the gasket!
4. Fit the assembled connecting pipe to the coupling pipe (2) and mark for the mounting holes. Dismount
the connecting pipe and drill the holes. Assemble the connecting pipe to the coupling pipe, and mount to
the wall using the connecting pipe brackets.
5. Mount the high pressure filters (A) to the shut-off valves (B). Note! Use the spanner on the upper hexagon face
only.
6. Install the blind plugs (6) on the ends of the connecting pipes.
